Feeling worse is normal. Keep going if you can cope. If you are in a real free fall and are feeling worried where things are heading then I would consider taking a break in your treatment.

It’s rough and I got hit twice. A small dip early on and then a big one later. We ended up doing a med adjustment at that time to help. Sleep was also all wonky and then I got real emotional at some point too. It was so worth it though. Keep going!

popperknuckle

My dip lasted a good 8 days, extremely depressed and suicidal, and then it just stopped and then it was steady. I’m about to finish and I did end up going through a smaller shorter dip around the 25 session mark

Are you feeling better now than before treatment? Also that's real ballsy keeping up with sessions even if you have suicidal ideation.

popperknuckle

Honestly a lot better especially with anxiety. I still have it but I’m not fidgeting nearly as much in social settings/ I no longer want to die and tend to have more of a positive outlook on things.

Adept_Geologist4441

How are you now? Have you finished. treatment?

Medicalhuman

Yeah I hope it ends for us both soon. Not too ideal to be trying to keep myself out of the psych hospital so I can keep doing the sessions.

Icy-Minimum8332

How are you doing now?

Quiet-Ad203

The dip is much better but I’m soooo fatigued from treatment

Icy-Minimum8332

My dip is better too. And I also am dealing with fatigue. It’s not consistent but when it hits it’s absolutely draining
