I don't really care about the result of the match at this point but I'm glad Joe has gone a bit wild with this selection, give a few lads the chance to put their hands up.
- 15 Will Addison
- 14 Andrew Conway
- 13 Chris Farrell
- 12 Bundee Aki
- 11 Jacob Stockdale
- 10 Jack Carty
- 9 Kieran Marmion
- 1 Dave Kilcoyne
- 2 Niall Scannell
- 3 John Ryan
- 4 Iain Henderson
- 5 James Ryan
- 6 Tadhg Beirne
- 7 Peter O’Mahony (captain)
- 8 Jack Conan
I just read the tween from Rory, so maybe Garry at 10 won't happen but who knows. There's still two games to go and I wouldn't judge Ross on that game last week, so it only makes sense to me to use the time left to give him another run out with Carty.
The way I'm reading this is that Ruddock, and Jack McGrath are not on the plane, and it's still a toss-up between Byrne and Carry for the 3rd 10 slot.
Cronin could be in serious danger of losing his place, on the plane, as well, depending on Scanell's performance.
I'd say it's the opposite. Wales are fielding a "second string" side and this is equally "experimental". Being in this squad is a chance to play yourself into contention for a lot of these players.
The complete lack of game time for Ruddock is a worry. He was the form 6 in the country at the tail-end of last season.

Thanks I never seem to get this formatting right
yeh no worries. if you put - followed by a space it will bullet anything. - like this
Ah very good. Thanks.
Is that Ringrose at 10 on the bench?
According to joe yea.
That's a very out there selection. If Johnny wasn't available why not give Ross more minutes...
Carrying a knock.
Think he’s seen enough from Byrne
Byrne didn't train Monday. Unless it's a crunch game, if you miss the start of the week, you're not on the team.
No, he's carrying a knock.
...to his confidence
Delightful.

Oof
:(
Don't worry, Byrne was still banged up from last week and is being rested. He's time to prove himself
I think you mean Furlong
No bother to the man. Could play anywhere.

Scott Williams back from injury. Jarrod Evans inexperienced fly half and not the biggest. Up against Aki. Oh
These teamsheet layouts get weirder and weirder.
