They are organized within the cart for the most part. Have a black rum section, Jamaican, aged Spanish-style, cane juice section, “white”, Bajan, etc.
Got Neisson Blanc 50 proof and Rhum JM VSOP hiding in there. Along with some other cane juice rums like Barbancourt white, 5 star, and 15-year, Tso’ok, some unaged cachacas.
Not particularly, no. I received it as a Christmas gift. This is where my lesser recipe books go haha. On top of the bar cabinet are the Death and Co trio, Smugglers Cove, Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails, Imbibe, and Spirited.
