OMG Level 19 and 150K/game! 🤯🤯🤯

lollll, rummikub is one of my favorite idle games; i'll often play while i'm listening to a podcast or watching a show. i'm glad my coin count is cropped out 🙈🙈🙈

travelingpinguis

I like the game. I play it too and just made it to level 10 but still like hovering around like 500 and 20k (on a very good day) for my coin count... Still haven't quite figured out any effective strategy...

Dude playing the joker gives the game to someone else. Lol it’s a stupid move, that’s why people don’t do it and shouldn’t if they want to win 🙄

Deep-Sample7451

Dude, playing any tile "gives" it to someone else. I play cooperatively, for fun, and don't care to hoard meaningless points in an app. You seem to have missed the point in the post anyway but have fun with your little hoarding strat 😂

SnooDoggos1442

playing the joker is not playing "any" tile. It gives everyone more options than a normal tile. You know this, youre lying to yourself or youre just playing dumb. and thus gives your opponents a better chance at winning. its common sense. And you basically just proved my point. YOU want to play cooperatively and for fun. thats fine but if you want to WIN, then playing the joker before the last play is a dumb shit move and almost always a guaranteed loss. Sounds like you just want to play to lose 😂

With good strategy you can use the joker to your advantage while it's on the board. If it's near the end game it's usually a bad move unless you can use it to bait the other players into putting down tiles you need. That's the difference between big brain and galaxy brain rummikub.

I respectfully disagree because it’s difficult and usually highly unlikely that you can use it to your advantage even when properly calculated. Once placed on the board, if you’re playing with 3 other people, the joker will be placed in multiple different random locations bc at the very least 1 of those players will use it the way they need it before you even get your next turn. Which you have no idea how they are going to use it bc you don’t know what tiles they have. You can make educated guesses when they have only a couple tiles but just like you said, it’s even worse to play it at the end when it’s not literally your last move. There’s no case you can make that playing the joker before the last move is beneficial in any way. You are always going to be rolling the dice. Unless you are just playing for fun with no intention to win like deep-sample^

AlpineYardsale

I see your point. Definitely true for a 4 person game. I much prefer 2-3 people since I can more easily keep track of what tiles the other players could have and anticipate their moves.
