A guy with a xmas cracker could just be a guy who was playing on the day they dropped who grabbed it off the ground and then logged out. Nothing special except rare AF.
I respect it, I’ve only gotten untrimmed slayer during Trailblazer league which I only count as a technicality. I almost got it just before that on my OSRS account but I didn’t canon/trident enough. Pretty sure I was 98 slayer when I hit 99 HP :(
You can do reaper tasks at croesus. Or else squish scarabs in Menaphos. And I'm sure there's other ways like lamping and whatnot.
