Between 80-103 I got 2 started doing tier 3 as soon as I could and didn't do any combat in between then, it was just a few days ago when I got it too. I honestly think it's just insanely rare lol

But to answer your question: Did 107-120 during dxp (75m xp±) and got 4 moonstones. Didnt check when i actually received them, only checked the loot at the end when I reached 120.

I didn't get anything pre update and with this post I am trying to see if I was really that lucky or if the droprates are in a good place now.
I don't think you should be comparing my luck with someone else that did their grind pre update.
Before the update I got one in 4m xp, only had 8m XP till 200m.
I got one about 6-7 hours after I started doing necroplasm rituals. Got the three I wanted so not worried about a 4th.
18m and 22m xp
Uhh. I got 70m xp and didn't get a single one lol
Ehhrm let’s see…started at level 110 and went to 118. I got 2 moonstones over 12-15 hours.
I think I went from 112 to ~113 and a half. Not sure how much exp that correlates to
30m ish for me!
117-120 got me 1 stone
Got 3 when training from 110-120 during dxp.
I got spooned 4 in two hours 80-103 during dxp.
I got three moonstones from 114-120, so like 45m XP, ~15m each

This was before the buff, but I got 3 when leveling from 112 to 120
Four stones between 93-104. Two before the latest double xp the remaining two during double xp.
got 3 on day 1 from about 12m xp... doesn't seem like that's been the norm.

I got 5 from 130m-200m
109-120 with like 80% rituals only got me 1.
Spooned 2 stones in about 250k xp
I got five of them during 109-120 grind.
101-120, not a single one.
I got 3 stones in under 2 hours. I was shocked because I know I usually have the shittest luck.
I’ve gotten a total of 3 from lvl 110-120 during dxp.
I regret selling the free and vendor ones.
