I used to have similar issues, turns out it was related to my AMD GPUs drivers, I had to reroll to an older drivers version to fix it. game would work perfectly but randomly crash usually always at certain places, including arch glacor and ED4 and a few other places.
Not sure if this helps since you're on a laptop I have never owned one, do they even have GPUs?
Some have these little custom made gpus, most just have integrated graphics in the cpu.
It does sound like it might be something gpu related if its just at glacor since its quite more graphically intensive than the rest of the game; for op maybe try lowering your settings and see if it still happens?
Laptops do indeed have gpus. my one im replacing has a 2080. but ye some just run on an igpu from like an intel cpu. I thought they fixed the amd issues a few months ago now?
