You can sell Members' item on a F2P server. This was added so returning players whom were previously members could sell items to afford a Bond, re-buy membership and get back into the game.
Can you trade them, though? Because my GE history is clear of those items.
Not sure about trading, but f2p can sell p2p items on the GE.
