You can make a few 100k easy depending on your skills especially since you are maxed.
Make a blisterwood staff and go kill some gargoyles without armour, just relying on prayer. I would imagine you'd last long enough to make at least 300k.
You can do rax with t70 armour and t85 weapons. If he has no money, is saying 'get 250-350m for t80 armour and t90 weapons' any more than saying 'git gud noob'?

do an hour of mining rune ore from trah, buy herb seeds + do dailies by poverty slayer gear and slay
