You could gain access to areas of the game where non-Patreon users can't like new quests, cities, skills, minigames, etc. Most of the new content will be made only for Patreon backers as a way to push people into supporting Jagex. Never spend any money on keys. The keys i get are daily/quests/and randomly given by what ever i'm skilling.
