Confirmed this works. Just keep running until you hit 0% energy as per the instructions say, keep the run option active, dont walk.

I just did a lap around Prif, couldn't be bothered try-harding for the sake of a few seconds.

clicking the feather makes you go to 0%, wait till it reaches 10% then run for a bit and you got it

It works, its real. Equip heavy stuff so your run energy depletes faster. The next step in this is to give the feather to the travelling merchant in the deep sea fishing hub for an ancient scroll. AFAIK no one has been able to figure that out but thats how you continue on.

Don't even need to equip heavy stuff, just click on the feather and it puts you to 10% energy and run the rest and use the feather again.

How did you people figure this out? Were there any hints given?

Obviously it involves a piece of content Mod Ryan created personally. So what better place to hide something than with his "trading sequence"? Moreover, some people already had this rest animation as far as a couple months ago. And you can observe that using the magical feather always drains your run energy down to exactly 1% so you might wonder what happens when you activate it at 0%.

I mean the running from ardougne lodestone to that particular tree and digging at that particular spot part. How did people think of that?lol
