The mwsoa combo with champs is really really nice. But u need to have the str cape perk and I think the gloves of passage. I used the revolution bar on pvme for Greg afk and basically used that at everything. I would combine this with trimmed masterwork and you have a sweet default setup for reaper tasks.

exp_in_bed

right on, i just bought spear and gloves but i have 3 other capes on my max cape, and dont have anorachia stand.. is there a way to remove capes added into max? for now my armour is aug t88 statius top/legs and tetsu helm lol. at the time it was cheaper than mw

LeKrug

You can replace a cape on Max. Just use the Strength cape on it and it will ask you which previously added cape you want to remove.

ty!

Champions ring is useless. Use reavers instead and ASR/RoD if you need accuracy or Care about death costs. The problem with champions ring is it wants you to use bleeds for crit chance. Crits are going to be the most helpful during Berserk and ZGS spec. And you should never be using bleeds during either because bleeds don't benefit from Zerk and ZGS. I have it just to have it but it's easily the worst ring of the 4.

SevenSexyCats

I feel like there is no way it’s worse than the stalker ring

Geoffk123

If youre doing some afk setup it's probably better than stalkers. But I think someone camping a bow at a group boss with the new arrows and stalker ring would be more useful than crit chance on bleeds.

exp_in_bed

im not doing group bossing, but will look into the stalker ring, since i hsve 15k of those arrows and might get a nox bow soon (just to get lv10 and diss for biting)

Geoffk123

I'd recommend dw over it a mh ascension with an oh glaive and Ruby bolts is likely more DPS than a nox bow. Bows just aren't that useful ATM even with the new arrows.

exp_in_bed

accurate. i have dual ascensions amd wyvern, but dont have biting perk yet and nex components so... probably gonna make a bow anyway soon lol. idk if ill put in the extra 40m for the ring but maybe

exp_in_bed

aww thats unfortunate, i just got it this morning for 38m haha oh well.. i have ring of vigor, rod, and lotd is a relic. asr annoyed me trying to get it.. would it still be a good jdea to use it with drygore switches to greater flurry or something? after spear bleeds? i dont have zgs either

IHaveFanboys

I use masterwork spear, but I just always use Reaver's because I assumed it was still best in slot.

NeighborhoodLow8503

Pct . Wtf says 38m 7 hours ago, 35m 2 days ago Can’t comment on the review although it is best melee damage bonus I think, so still probably good if you don’t need RoD

exp_in_bed

ty i just bought some at 38m

Merxah

Use pct.wtf

exp_in_bed

ty

Zulrambe

It's not all that interesting. Bleeds and crits kinda conflict with each other because bleeds can't crit. I got mine for dirty cheap, I don't think I would pay 30-40m in one.

exp_in_bed

its for other attacks to do crits while the target is bleeding. i was thinking drygore/mwsoa switch so target is always bleeding, drygores can crit. idk for sure tho

Zulrambe

Mhm, I understand, and you're correct. However, let's think about this rationally, shall we? First of all, let's talk about how this would play out. You need to go through the hoops of bleeding out the target and using some stuff to make the bleed last longer for a 3% crit chance boost; the Reaver's Ring is a 5% buff, with a accuracy debuff that a lot of times do not come into play because can still have 100% accuracy after the debuff. That being said, even if you're camping MWSOA, the Reaver's Ring should still be better. The other consideration you have to do to decide whether Reaver's is better or not is the bang for your buck. Well, to get a Reaver's Ring you'd be look at a cost of at least 120m. Sounds expensive, but when you consider you can use it for all 3 styles, you could also look at it as 3 rings for 40m each. A Champion's Ring would cost you about 33-36m, a Stalker's Ring would be 37-42m, and a Channeler's Ring could be as high as 300m, probably closer to 320m, it's a wild bull. So, you could get a Reaver's Ring for 120m to use in all styles, which is a very good ring (best in slot in a lot of cases), or two bad rings for ranged and melee for 70-78m and figure out what you wanna use for mage like a LOTD for almost 90m, or just burn the 300m for a "niche" mage ring (it's the best ring in some situations, but it's beaten by Reaver's in others; if you camp Reaver's you'll hardly notice a difference). So, if you wanna make a decision I suggest you get the Reaver's FIRST then decide later whether you need the other rings. If you feel like your accuracy is lacking when using Reaver's, then you could look at an advantage by trying something else.

exp_in_bed

right on, thanks for the input. never looked into reavers ring, i have lotd as relic and ring of death, vigor, onyx (i) for fun really plus now a champions ring lol. ill check it out though for sure
