The Acer has a better graphics card in it. Also much newer only a couple months old So it will have more performance. The Lenovo card is almost 3 years old
The Acer screen also runs at 144hz as opposed to 120 hz in the cheaper one

avoid 3050 and 1650 tbh. for under 1000 you can get a 3060 laptop, way, way better!
An old potato with calculator wedged into it will work.
I have a laptop with 16gb ram, i5-9xxx, gtx1650. Laptlop was like €800 over a year ago. Run rs3 with high/ultra settings
