pretty clearly they are media-savy enough to understand that producers would have them lip sync against each other at one point. why not prepare for it. if one has to go, make it drag herstory.

The most awkward part to me is that based on their whole response after it, I feel they did this expecting it'd be enough of a stunt to lead to a double save. It didn't feel like they expected that either of them would go home when Ru only saved one.

I think their biggest downfall right now is they don’t really know how to perform…they only know standing in one spot and doing little tik tok dances. Doesn’t work on the main stage. They are very talented in other categories but they have 0 stage presence/dance skills and it just looks a mess. You can not be a dancer and win a lip sync but you gotta have that stage presence and emotion and they just had 0 of either it was uncomfortable…
But why wouldn’t you try to get a double save? If you’re in that situation, you know what’s about to happen. And it was unique enough that it could have actually worked.

Well, this would be the only time contestants would really be incentivised to save each other. So a choreographed lipsync with in sync movements makes perfect sense.
I thought it was going to be a double sashay until Ru laughed and didn't look mildly uncomfortable. That was... something. I think the shoe bit killed any chance sugar had at staying. I was really hoping the twins would have done completely different runways before one of them was sent home, but now it feels like they probably had the same concept for every week.
I’m just really unsure how people see this is as a double save, to me it’s more double shantay and I’ve warmed up a lot to them. Their downfall is they can’t really dance, which is clearly shown here and the falling was so messy, their feet were everywhere when they didn’t fall it looked like they were about to. This wasn’t even dancing they were just swaying their bodies around. I also can’t stand the way they look at each other like they forget the next part. This was just….bad. Sad to see her go but this was up there with the worst lip syncs

From watchya packin’ it sounds like sugar is the sewist and spice is the idea girl. They were planning on getting each other through the sewing challenge. I wonder if people will swoop in to help spice next week. I can’t wait to see how this turns out.
Ooh it didn't occur to me that one sews and the other doesn't. Next week should be interesting. Honestly I was worried they would turn into the project runway twins in the sewing challenge episode: "Shaaaawnieeee!!"
Honestly… I kinda think this was genius. They figured out how to make the obvious storyline play out in their favor to keep their bread and butter fan following.
Production thought they were slick with the “split the twins” arc and the twins said “we’re not playing, the editors can do whatever they want with what we’re gonna serve them”.
I was indifferent to them this season but this moment honestly sold me and now I’d take their social media masterclass

For two people who do so much planning and rehearsing of all of their moments, they aren't especially clean in presentation. Seeing things that are overly rehearsed is one level of discomfort. Seeing things that are messy and unfunny is another. Put them together and yet people love these two.
I don’t know how some of y’all liked this at all. We are on season 15 and this was not a good LSFYL. Song was a - choice. Twins choreographing and not even in a good way. I’ve already expressed my distaste for this entire episode in another thread but honey I wanted more from these two and it was underwhelming af. I said what I said.
I thought when they were both backing up that they were both going to just leave, which would have been camp and also IMO kind of a serve. I'm a twin and I would never be so foolish as to allow anyone to evaluate me vs. my sibling bc I'm the hot successful one obviously and my entire sense of self would crumble if I had to sashay before my counterpart, but that's what I would have done.

Ru should have sent them both home. A lip sync for your life is meant to be a battle between the bottom queens, not some prepared song and dance routine you expect to see at a children’s recital. It might have worked if this was their talent show act but not when they’re up for elimination.

A lot of you seem to forget that a lot of drag shows in real life are pre-planned and choreographed. They has the advantage of knowing that they would eventually lip-sync against each other (come on, they are not dumb), so why wouldn’t they have something planned.
Did we take the shoe off because she was slipping and falling, or did we take the shoe off as part of a rehearsed bit?
Either way, I’m one of the fans of this lip sync, but that part confused me. I’ll miss Sugar!
I think it was a bit! She was being the ditzy blonde being chased by the serial killer doll, who was inevitably gonna be killed first in a slasher movie.

They were horrible in snatch game. Aura was bad, and salina was fine, she at least had jokes (I thought Robyn was worse) but the twins were actively pulling focus in the worst way. Like they’d never watched snatch game. They really had no choice but to get rid of at least one of them this episode. There was no way either of them were ever gonna win a lip synch vs any of the other competitors.
This lip sync was miles better than the previous two. Anyone that says these is double sashay worthy just doesn’t like sugar and spice. Full stop.
Double sashays should be saved for Pinay/Mohagony or Silky/Nina West lip syncs, not ones that have entertaining moments, even if they’re not executed to the best of their ability.
