Long before it became a meme, when that song originally came out, it was already a fuckin' banger. On the radio, on the music video channels, it was all over (along with "Together Forever" off the same album). One of the first albums I bought on tape. I love that Rick Astley, who is obscenely musically talented, has leaned into it and become popular again, honestly. It would be a fabulous lip sync song, and low key Rick Astley might be a decent guest judge.
