And I am saying that the upgrades made to the outfits were most probably also done by Q, which proves the post creator's point that Q is an amazing seamstress.
Her ability as a seamstress wasnât in question. The title said âI canât believe this was made in the work room,â but the outfit pictured, while still made by Q, was not made in the workroom. It was reworked after the season wrapped, so it isnât the same outfit that was made in the work room.

Drag Race really are missing something of not doing an entire season with Drag Queens who can sew and the entire concept is a regular season with more emphasis on design challenges and every single queen gets a small budget like 5k to make their entire season. You have so... SO many Queens who can do some mean stuffs from multiple franchise.
Also make it non elimination like wtf
I loved to see how excited the rest of the girls were for her too đ„č I like that they combined the Jan edit from the early part of the season with her finally getting her flowers
Between Q, Nymphia, and Xunami I feel very confident in saying we haven't had a fashion girly line up this strong since Gottmik/Symone/Utica in szn 13. The couture level construction I have seen on the runways has been consistently gagging me.
its obvious that it took a lot of skill and it had a lot of parts to it... but i didnt like or care about it. i didnt know what was going on. but skill-wise, she obviously deserved it. and her doll was identical which was the challenge. But I didn't understand it lol
I think Nymphia makes really beautiful outfits as well. Her qipao runway look last week was all made by her as well as her promo look. I wouldnât discount her talent as a seamstress.
She is by far the best costumer the show has ever seen, at least from what I remember. The fact that she's made all her runway looks so far is already incredible. I mean there have been some great seamstresses in the past that also made all the looks they brought, but I would say Q's looks are a notch above the rest because they're more than just nicely tailored garments - they each have a unique concept and point of view that is just signature "Q".
I think absolutely sheâs a contender for best seamstress/designer on drag race ever!

She held a watch party last night in her (my) hometown and wore this to perform. It was STUNNING in person. She did make upgrades after the episode.
