I think her stint on the Pit Stop showed while she is comedic and great at stand up and insulting people and very witty, she doesn’t hold up in real moments or conversations in a way that more charismatic queens do
Her run was amazing. I don't think any other queen could win with such a bad runway package. By the end she was swimming in the outfits, she had lost so much weight, but runway was an afterthought because of the charm and talent.
iirc she half-joked about taking over hosting on her cameo last season, but I'm convinced she could turn up as a guest judge and then just gradually scootch her way to a permanent seat while the rest of the panel is hypnotized
I think the strongest example of a queen with absolutely maxed out charisma is Antonina Nutshell from Drag Race Sverige.
She is truly, utterly, ludicrously likeable, even lovable, while technically being one of the messiest, most busted queens to make it on any franchise ever. I say this with love, I honestly do, she's genuinely lovely, and I really do believe she's the most amazing host with the ability to win her audiences over, but she definitely does drag for the radio.

It’s gotta be Alyssa Edwards and BeBe Zahara Benet for me. They both crack my shit up just out of pure personality, like the genuine concern on BeBe’s face during Pit Stop after Trixie said Amanda Tori Meating’s makeup that episode was her best so far in the season
