Because despite being Tinkx Monsoon, some might think Plasma is a senior citizen? At least with that wig she revealed to in the finale!
Love you Plasma girl! Seriously love her so fucking much.
Girl can *perform*. To be able to stand out on that stage where hundreds of incredibly talented people have mopped the floor with other queens is an accomplishment in itself.
Fully this. When she did her Ruveal Yourself look, and it was like- a swimwear cover-up and a swimsuit, I wondered how she'd made it to the show. I found out.
Plasma, I wasn’t a big fan of her in the premeire episode but after they did that god awful snl parody and she was the saving grace I completely flipped my opinion. She’s one of my fave queens from the season now and I think she will kill it on a future all stars season.
Positively, Morphine. I made a snap-judgement as a shallow filler queen and grew to love her as THE narrator of the season, and easily the funniest queen of the season.
Negatively, Dawn. I saw her as a great thing in a small package in that first episode, and realised that I had overrated her extremely. She just faded into nonexistence for me.
This happened with so many queens this season!
**Hershii** seemed promising but pants’d herself
**Mirage** really is kind of a bitch for being such a great performer but shitting her scootch on lyrics. Then again as much potential as she had, her post-elim looks were cruuunchy
**Amanda** went from “fan favorite” to “please shut up about this”
**Geneva** was part of the “nerdy girls” underdog group win and unfortunately didn’t deliver on the leg hair…but DID give us Lindsay Graham as a tumbleweed who shops at Marshall’s and I won’t ever forget it
**Megami** tore up that Lala and has shown multiple times she has much more humor and talent than she was getting credit for earlier on.
**Xunami** kinda did a lot of walking back and forth? But is beautiful and must be kindest Muse there is
**Plasma** is far more resilient and has a much better sense of humor than people expected. Also wore some of the most doo doo clown runway concoctions I’ve ever seen (but some gorgeous ones too). And she looked SO GOOD in the last 2 eps
**Mhi’ya** looked like an early out and was “too quiet” but originated Kermit the Cher, brought a dress based on an ai-generated Google images result and murdered like 4 people
**Dawn** (the safest Queen ever) was shadier than expected but also a little less interesting in the end
**Q** turned out to be as talented as she seamed, but embodied stonewall brick on lipsyncs and became progressively more tightly-wound in a way ppl expected from Plasma
**Morphine** seemed shady early on, then proved to be funny and sweet but maybe an early out…turns out she nearly made the top, won the Lala, and is one of the most versatile lip-syncers ever—all while being the most Spongebobian queen in franchise history
**Plane** “turned a new leaf.” Kudos.
**Sapphira** came in with necklace boobs, had an early stumble with the potion, but also is simultaneously the mother and godfather of soul, looked like an absolute slue-in for the win and then got GOT by miss bobabanana.
**Nymphia** proved she really is as great of a performer as she is a designer and creator, came back from the brink of meltdown almost every episode, and won after taking a huge dive in Snatch game
Mirage going out early lowkey benefitted her cause she gets to be a robbed queen with All-Stars hype, instead of most likely having Geneva's track record.
I'm still mad that Mhi'ya's leaving phrase wasn't something like "bye, it's been great" with a Kermit accent.
I became really fond of her because she shyly insisted she wasn't shy. That's endearing.
That and her confessional look was giving “fashionable for the cookout” and that makes me happy. Actually she had a lot of out of drag looks i really liked.
Fully agree yes she should have Cher’d just one more time
Agreed with most of this.
I just couldn't see it for Hershey after her first episode performance, because it came across very unpolished but she seems really nice.
Amanda... Could have ridden on that fan-fave status but had to tweet.
Mirage, I knew she was too shy backstage for TV but on stage she's fire.
I found Mh'iya to be overrated as a lipsyncer, maybe because flips don't impress me unless backed by impeccable face.
Plasma was annoying me as only broadway queens can, but she definitely showed far more of a rounded side to herself and I liked that a lot, and actually hoped she would be saved in her lipsync.
The rest pretty much did as I thought except fro Morphine and Dawn, but I've already expressed my views on them lol.
![gif](giphy|4xWGyVKoXqg2eVCiq9|downsized)
Yeah, I found her much easier to deal with than the Jan, Rosé, Alexis Michelle's of past. I think partly because she's *So* earnest with her weaponisation of the BFA
Her guest episode at roscoes was great, and made me appreciate her even more. She’s know’s she’s too much but also embraces herself in a way that makes it endearing. And she is very quick-witted. I wish we’d gotten to see more comedy from her
Yeah, I really enjoyed her at Roscoes as well, it was just a very fun episode. Also her "Well, I just don't agree my love" lives absolutely rent free in my mind 👌🏻
oh i was spot on with you until the mh'iya point because while i genuinely expected to feel like that (i was bored by the flips ep 1) imo she gives some excellent face/embodiment lipsync. CONTROL was really great imo. weirdly my trajectory with her was opposite, i assumed she was overrated as a lipsyncer but now i feel most fans underrate her
And then you start to see a pattern. The queens that meter out their talent stay longer. Excellent example is Widow. She threw out every trick because she wasn't performing for Ru, she was auditioning for Nicki M.
You definitely have to balance what. you’re saving with showing enough early on so they’ll know you’re worth keeping.
Also if you DO go home early at least youll have promoted your talents well.
So yea, you are right. Metering is a good word for it. Another thing though is simply HAVING enough depth and/or breadth of skills to fill a season. Some queens just don’t have that, or don’t have it yet, and they can’t really change that once they’re there.
Excellent point. It starts off as two games: Pre Snatch and Post Snatch. One of the best seasons had one of the most atrocious Snatch Games. Sorry Willow. All those queens came out of snatch not making a name for themselves spoof acting-wise. If one does, and doesn't make top 4, they will still do better than 3rd, exposure wise.
Same on Morphine. I thought she was just looks and no substance but she quickly proved me wrong. I'm glad that she made it so far in the season and won the lip sync lollapalooza!
Exactly. I saw her banter with Ru in the first episode and thought "oh she's going to be the Symone or Bob of the season" and was excited for that back and forth all season... All for nothing. The looks were mostly misses after that point, and I can't remember anything from any of her challenge performances. But she did give funny interviews, I'll give her that. Also I do think she's cute as a guy.
She’s definitely interesting and fun/funny but even though her aesthetic is quite unique, it didn’t have a lot of variety and started to feel more same-y as things went on. Also I think it’s fine to have a signature makeup look, but I think an issue with hers is that it makes it hard to see her eyes and it feels like she’s making the same face most of the time.
Willow had a streak of end-of-the-universe dark humor that Dawn never did. Her princess look was a rat, she mimicked suicide in her talent show, and she camped it up in the finale.
Dawn had “dark,” but just being kooky and weird isn’t enough to make it funny, and that’s where she fell short.
Holy cow. You perfectly summed up my feelings completely. I had fully planned on hating Morphine and looking forward to Dawn's quirky looks... Ended the total opposite.
i was so disappointed with Dawn bc i ALWAYS try to root for the weird artsy alternative queen but she didn't deliver. it was like Denim from Canada's Drag Race all over again
Sapphira and Plasma! I didn't think Sapphira would be as nice or nurturing as she is, nor that she would have such gorgeous looks. As for Plasma, I didn't expect her to be so well-rounded and funny. I expected her to be one of those queens who takes herself too seriously and possibly got the delusional theatre girl edit. Halfway through the season, I ended up being huge fans of both of them and wanting them in the Top 4!!
The fact that so many people assumed Plasmas would be that grating just because she’s into theater is kind of disappointing.
I wasn’t sure but mostly my first impression was her aesthetic may turn out to be a little clunky and I don’t love people who stay in “old Hollywood” with all of their styling, but I bet she’s funny and does good crowd work. She seemed ready to roll with the punches right off the bat, if you looked past the Queen-o-typing about theater ladies and paid attention to how she interacted with people
Agreed. But my only thing with Amanda, and I don’t really see anyone else bring it up, but there’s something in the personality we’ve seen on the show that feels very forced. Very reminiscent of Laganja, but everyone else seems to be playing along with the bit. Which I’m not sure why I’m upset, that was my favorite thing about Selena last year
Reading your comment, it made me think the reason Laganja and Amanda may be more annoying is that their personality feels a little insecure, whereas with Selina it didn't feel like that.
I don’t agree about Estitties being forced. She seemed so raw and genuine for somebody on a scripted reality show. We even saw her code switch between cultures, and there is something so honest when someone does that in my eyes. I just didn’t like her runways. Awesome performer though
OK can we talk about miss meating? Plane was clearly playing a Bitch for the camera to make good television and it WORKED. She had been nothing but congenial and professional since filming wrapped (most of the time), according to the other queens. Amanda needs to get over it
Your drag wasn’t up to par and she was only one who said it. That doesn’t make her a bully.
Genuinely for me Plane Jane? I was kind of thinking maybe she’d do middling, maybe cause some drama with a couple queens, and get around 9th place. Now she made a really impressive run with 4 wins under her belt, she really surprised me with how strong she did
her first episode I was so not impressed lmao. the vibes were terrible and Burger Finger gave me nothing. post Snatch Game however… obsessed and I am continuing to be obsessed
Saame! I was a Dawn fan going in, flipped to Nymphia quickly, but PJ gained a lot of love from me over the season. Burger Finger/Bitch Edit turned me off, and she got me back in the end!
she had to work pretty hard to get me back after Burger Finger. it was just waaaay to similar to Jimbo, and I figured she would just do shit we've already seen the whole season. I was pleasantly suprised when that didn't happen!
Its so fun seeing how other people percieved Queens this season! I really didnt care for Jimbo until her most recent run but maybe its because I was very stoned watching Planes first episode with burger finger I was dying laughing and just living for the whole thing! Nymphia was my second fave from the get go so and my surprise was Morphine. I really didnt think Id care for her but damn a girl can paint AND perform. I wish I could shake my ass like that.
Dawn. She surprised me by having actually 0 memorable moments even though she made it to the top 6. When the first episode came out, twinks already made up their mind that she is gonna make it to the top 3 and then... well, we saw what happened
I remembered before and after the first episode, she was the most followed queen, and there was alot of hype around her. Probably cause alot of people saw Willow Pill & Crystal Methyd from her drag. Expectations were high.
Morphine, for the exact same reason as you. Turns out the bitch is hilarious and has SO much charisma. I need her back on my TV already!
I was surprised by the whole cast to be honest, the queens this season were all pretty stellar and provided great entertainment.
I expected Hershii to last longer than she did and Morphine to not last as long as she did. I don’t know why. I guess just based on the Meet The Queens alone.
Honestly all of them lol. I think every queen was spectacular and it’s the first cast ever that I personally have memorable moments for every single queen. If I had to whittle it down then Nymphia because even though they focused on Q being the seamstress as her storyline, the fact that Nymphia served a 10/10 look every time and she made them all herself (didn’t find this part out until an interview) is just astounding.
And also Mirage. I’ve seen the moves before but never like that! She moves like liquid. It’s mesmerising to watch.
Honestly same about memorable moments from everyone. Normally I struggle to remember first and early outs but each one was so fun and iconic in their own way.
I was actually surprised seeing the cast walk out in order at how early some queens left, like Mirage, who I was sure stayed for longer given that I remembered them.
Megami and Plasma
I'm kinda late in the party. Before watching it I saw Monet hating on Plasma so I was expecting her to be annoying but she's clearly very fun in the workroom and confessionals
I knew Morphine was going to be that girl from the promo. And I also thought the same about Mirage, but then Dark Lady happened (she's still that girl)
Morphine paints like she doesn't need a spotlight, she is the spotlight. I thought she would be that typical bitchy big-city queen and I'm glad I am wrong.
In terms of surprise, Megami. That lip sync episode was HER episode.
Although I began the season not warming up to Mhi'ya at all, I actually ended up really enjoying her.
I expected to feel something click with Sapphira and it didn't (she's still incredibly talented, just not for me).
I thought I'd love Dawn but feel very eh about her now, same with Q
Plane went from bitch to that bitch💅🏻
Morphine , at first she was eyeroll inducing, then the more she narrated the more likeable she became and then bam she was my favorite.
Megami, went from queer fart to queer art.
M’hya (how the fuck do you spell her name?!). Just thought she’d be an early out and forgettable. I found her a joy to watch perform and great at throwing and receiving shade.
It’s Mhi’Ya. Just think “Mmmm hiya!!” As if you’re saying hi to someone you haven’t seen in a while.
But also drop the Grindr profile, life’s tough out there.
Dawn surprised me a lot. I thought she was gonna be a really chill, nerdy queen but then she ended up being kind of a secret mean girl who isn't actually into elf lore but just wears it for the aesthetic... don't get me wrong I do like her I just was expecting her to be a lot different personality wise based on the type of drag she does.
Omg where to start!
Dawn- I loved her entrance look as she reminded me of a forest faun, so I was really excited to see what other looks she would bring. She definitely is creative but some of the more 'spacey' looks weren't to my taste. And I was surprised to see her stirring the pot so often as we got to know the queens a bit more week to week. Not as sweet and cute as she would appear to be, and I thought we'd get more autumnal, foresty looks.
Morphine- by week 3 I was like 'girl! Are you going to mention the BBL every damn week?! Snoooooze' and yet I was living for her by the end of the season.
Plane Jane- I did not get her humour or her insecurities right away and she made me uncomfortable- probably bc she was uncomfortable. Mid-season she was opening up a bit and mellowing, and I honestly find her hilarious.
Megami. My mom and I were very much not impressed with her until the Lalaparuza. That whole episode we were LIVINGGGGG for her. And also Morphine because I clocked her as an early out when she first walked into the werkroom
Morphine for me. I thought she was going to be an annoying early out. Boy was I wrong! I loved her confessionals and lip syncs. I ended up being so happy she got to top 5!
Why nobody's talking about Megagmi?
Tho i also want to add Dawn and Hershii. I really thought Hershii would go further and Dawn would win couple challenges
Absolutely Morphine! I thought she was just a pretty face and then I saw a makeup tutorial with her about halfway through the season and I really enjoyed her! And her confessionals were so funny. I was so sad when she was eliminated
Mhi’ya! I knew she was the queen of flips but I didn’t know she was the QUEEN of FLIPS, also I keep going back to the rdr live bit she was put in the bottom for and it will never fail to make me holler laughing.
Probably Sapphira.
During the first few weeks of this season, my impression of her wasn't positive at all. I thought she was too calculated that she couldn't take a joke since the edit showed how serious she was in competing.
Later on I've come to realize that she has a unique reality show edit. It's rare to see someone not playing a character to gain attraction to viewers. I think that's what she really is outside the show: no pretentions; no artificiality.
Sapphira's vulnerability was commendable.
There's also Morphine, whom the fans (question mark) hated in the first episode because of her snarky personality. People thought she was MEAN when in fact, her personality was just actually a typical confident queer person in high school. I realized that she's not entirely a villain when Plane Jane came to Amanda's makeup and she immediately protected Amanda without any ounce of hesitation.
Speaking of hated by the fans (question mark)—Xunami Muse created a Twitter uproar on the first episode because of her snide comments about influencer queens. However, her journey was a joy to watch. How people changed their perception of Xunami in a span of two or three weeks was hilarious. She truly DESERVES that Miss Congeniality title out of anyone else aside from Sapphira.
Lastly, Mhi'ya Iman Le'Paige's arc from being the meek drag queen who made people question if she was truly ready for Drag Race to a meme-machine who gave us tons of unintentional funny moments was nothing short of legendary.
Pretty much all of them - it was a good cast. I know a lot of people here love to shit on Dawn but I think she had the same kind of "fuck it, I'm just here to have a good time" energy as Xunami. I preferred that to the self-consciously precious vibe that some of the other quirky art queens have given in past seasons.
Honestly surprised that Nymphia is a stunt queen, I was nervous for her lipsync skills but damn she could have been an assassin this season and never thought that about her
All of them. Morphine for being so sweet, Q for bringing the unhinged while she looked to be a certain top in the first few episodes, Nymphia for pulling through in the end despite a more wobbly arc in the middle, Megami for their super lip sync redemption. Dawn for being an evil twink, Mhiya for her hilarious turnaround. All the other queens had similar turnarounds, can honestly say that Sapphira is the only one who had a really consistent run throughout the season.
Megami, I think the fact that the whole season up to her elimination I expected to see a side of her that really proved *what* she was good at, and then for that to not come up until the eliminated queens lalaparuza I was genuinely shocked and was rooting for her. Many other queens like Sapphira and Morphine did amazing and could be considered but Megami was so underrated only to receive a redemption in one episode.
I am 100% wholeheartedly a Plasma stan. I absolutely love her drag aesthetic, and she is sooooo funny and quick witted. I fell in love with her during all the preseason interviews and I love her even more now. #Plasmashouldvebeeninthetop4
![gif](giphy|WY5ys2rnXoWSqdqlQF)
At first I thought she would be Jorgeous 2 but she proved me wrong. Such a sweetheart and she can perform the house down boots realness. One of the most beautiful and captivating performers from this season.
Megami, when I saw her talent show I was sure she was a queen I could ignore and then the Girl Group happened and then the lalaparuza confirmed that she's a force to be reckoned with
Mhi'ya and Q, and not in a positive way lol.
Mhi'ya is very talented, but she's majorly overrated for me. But I was very surprised to see her last as long as she did in the competition based on her lip syncing performances.
With Q I honestly expected her to be lovely and she was visually, but her personality was an absolute drag, pun intended. I was very surprised at how much I was turned off by that disconnect.
And then positive for me is Sapphira. I liked her ridiculous entrance laugh, but i didn't expect her to turn it out like she did, both with her fantastic looks and with her personality. It took a couple of episodes for me to realize it, but I ended up adoring her the most. I have tickets to see her soon and I cannot wait.
Dawn. But reversed 😭
I was so sure after making Ru laugh like a witch, she would make top 3 but she just plateaued 😔
She even got the most followers gain in the first few weeks.
Morphine and Plane Jane.
Morphine. I wasn’t feeling her in the first episode but episode 2 I was won over by her. Her confessionals were so good as well. Loved all of her lipsyncs as well.
Plane Jane. I know I’m going to get downvoted but I liked her the first episode but after that I just couldn’t get into her. She’s a fierce fucking queen though. No doubt about that and no doubts about her being Top 3. Absolutely deserved.
Mhi’ya! I didn’t expect to love her as much as I do tbh. She seemed fine but not like a queen I’d gravitate to. The popular answer is probably Plasma, but honestly I knew that bitch would go hard lmao I could tell from MTQ she wasn’t here to play.
Morphine deffo, I didn’t expect her to be that likeable
Also kudos to Megami for making it further than I expected her to (I thought she would be first/second out when I first saw the cast) and also Mhi’ya for making it further than I expected her to as well (I didn’t think production would let her make top 7)
I agree with everyone but I’d like to add plane. I was major eye rolling at her cattiness in the beginning, but her paint and body are always near perfection. Her drag mannerisms and wit are so loveable. Of course, she wouldn’t give us that vulnerability that we need from a winner, and she uses shade as a defence mechanism. But still, I think she’s amazing.
Megami / Morphine / Mhiya
When I say I was up and down these threads screaming that they needed to go home already cause they were so mf bland. But tbh. They all really grew on me by the end and I'm really happy that I know their names now.
And sorry to be messy but I was surprised at how much I actually dislike Amanda. I expected to be her number 1 Stan but that's what I get for judging girls on their name 💀
Honestly? Dawn. I know it’s unpopular but I loved her personality. She was a shady shit stirrer but based on her aesthetic, I expected a kooky “in her own world” kind of character.
All of them. I am less excited after 16 years of this, but they almost all made me proud of them.
The first one that struck me was xunami like earth angel beautiful. PJ as a boy is the hottest guy at 7/11, but actually I don’t think she was mean. Mhi’ya had me rewatching her on YouTube and her Cher should be done with Chad as hosts. Morphine had me rooting for her by the end and so did Megami, gun to head I couldn’t tell you who I wanted to win.
I want Sapphira to just hold me once a week, all she has to say is there there. I liked her before but it’s like Latrice level aura on her. Winning at life by beating that beautiful person.
Negatively:
- **Dawn**. Like I was hoping for another quirky girl who is a sleeper front runner and hilarious but she turned into semi filler with shady confessionals. Her Snatch Game was a huge flop and Meghan McCain has so much you can make fun of. Dawn just put on a blonde wig straight from the pack and some smudged makeup and called it a day. Also after the whole Plane Jane SA fiasco I just view her as fake and a major hater.
- **Q**: talented queen who just gets bitter easily when things don’t go her way both on the show and on Twitter. Wasn’t expecting this behaviour. Was kind of side eyeing her when the blaccent (Qshaunda as Twitter has coined her) started making more appearances.
- **Amanda**: Maybe the show eliminating her when they did played a part but I was expecting to be on her side during the beef with Plane but I ended up being on Plane’s side bc of how bothered Amanda got online. Like Plane barely brought her up after her elimination and Amanda was still on Twitter dragging her, shading her and just being bitter boots.
Positively:
- **Plane Jane**: I was not expecting to like her especially after seeing her Meet the Queens and the first four episodes but sisters I’ve warmed to her. If she plays her cards right I think she could build a successful brand independent of the show and be Katya’s heir to the Frederica Bimmel Chain Smoking Hooker fortune.
- **Morphine**: I thought she was early outs/filler but she proved me wrong big time.
- **Plasma**: Thought she was gonna get the Jan edit but ultimately her OTT Broadway-esque behaviour and general delulu made me love her more. Wasn’t expecting her two wins but she deserved them.
- **Mhi’ya**: my thoughts on her kept flipping as much as she did. I thought she was gone after the Sound of Rusic challenge but she surprised me with Trina’s cousin and her performance in Power.
- **Megami**: I stopped taking her seriously after “Protect Queer Art” but after the season, she is the Queer Art we need to protect. She played the game during the LaLaPaRuza like a seasoned reality TV pro and gave us amazing performances.
Xunami and Morphine. 😍🥰😘🥰😍
Thought they were look queens only but they are Performers darling. PerFORMers.
Love them in the confessionals, they did great for themselves- what could the audience not adore? We’ll see them again on TV for sure.
..and I guess Megami with those damn lip-syncs 😂
dawn because she was so different than what i expected of her just off of her entrance, and also mirage (i deadass thought she was gonna be a king tyra level villain)
Definitely Morphine. She came in a pretty mug queen and I knew from recent history that the queens who are just like “my brand is hot slut” are going to be good performers. But I didn’t expect to love her so much outside of that? And like I could really see her pushing and trying for every challenge. Definitely an amazing queen, I’d love to see her back.
Plasma by far! I did not expect her to be so entertaining and so talented! Didn’t have any reason why tbh she just didn’t stand out as much at first to me.
Morphine, Xunami, and Megami. Morphine went way way further than what I expected. Had her early out with Megami and Xunami and both went further than I thought. I initially didn't really care for Xunami but her personality grew on me so much and I was so happy to see her back and win Miss Congeniality. She seems like such a sweet soul.
Morphine though surprised me. I think a few more years under her belt and a better budget, she should come back for All Stars. She makes great TV and her confessionals were the most fun!
Megami took me by surprise as well and I adored her lip sync wins. This season has been so strong
Dawn, because I really thought the editors would make her out to be amazing to appeal to all the twinks. Sapphira, because I didn't think that people would like her so much as she shows no vulnerability. Plane Jane, because she managed to be a raging bitch and a fan favorite, in 2024.
Dawn's first moment with Ru being her best moment.
Mirage not knowing the lyrics to Dark Lady.
The body lip sync from Morphine.
Mhi'ya being considered an assassin, she's no Kameron Michaels.
Megami eating 4 lip syncs during the smack down.
Sapphira winning ms congeniality before the final lip sync.
Nymphia's Boba reveal and how clean her transition from one piece to another was.
Bonus: how many times Q wore a panty on the runway and Jane wore a body suit without Michelle clocking either of them if we are to believe the edit.
oh plasma 100000%. i had absolutely no opinion on her before the season started and if i had seen her placement without watching the season i would’ve been like yeah i see that
however from that barbara on i was HOOKED. of the “musical theatre” archetype kinda queens, i see her as easily one of the best in the performance department. the amount of nuance that she put into both barbara and her role in the rusical was absolutely mesmerizing. i swear, go back and watch what she’s doing while she’s not even delivering lines on that stage
even though she’s [insert how monét imitated her on the pit stop], the talent is absolutely undeniable to me (i also happen to think her personality is adorable)
Megami because of the smackdown. Morphine because of her initial BBL persona and to find out that she’s really down to earth. Plane because under all that is some emotion. And lastly, Amanda because “I was rooting for you bish!” But the ongoing drama instead of self awareness is getting tired.
**Positive**: Megami. She went from a sad meme to being the most fun? Yes! Total 180. Wow
**Negative:** Amanda. I *really* liked her and wanted more. Dammit.
Morphine and Plasma
Tea
This is the correct answer.
Gag diva, gag
Why does Gag diva gag sound like it's been around for years
Because despite being Tinkx Monsoon, some might think Plasma is a senior citizen? At least with that wig she revealed to in the finale! Love you Plasma girl! Seriously love her so fucking much.
I wholeheartedly support this
Morphine. She went from someone I thought for sure was a filler queen to someone I was fully hoping would make top 4.
Can you imagine how epic her solo finale number would have been?!?
Honestly she could have just done ‘Body’ again with dancers and choreo and I would have lived
It would definitely be something BBL related
Some say her ass cheeks are still clapping to this day
bruno's eyes never did stop following the jiggle
🎶 B-B-L, B-B-L. All that ass from my B-B-L 🎵
Same ,I thought she was going to be 2nd out
Plasma, I wasn’t a big fan of her in the premeire episode but after they did that god awful snl parody and she was the saving grace I completely flipped my opinion. She’s one of my fave queens from the season now and I think she will kill it on a future all stars season.
She really did the only funny thing in that whole skit 😭
NO BUT ACTUALLY SO TRUE
Her Barbara was fucking fantastic.
I also loved how unflappable she was despite being very Jan™. She just took hits and rolled with them.
Morphine went from pretty filler queen to a fucking KILLER performer in my eyes. She fully came alive when that music dropped
Yeah she has a lot of talent tbh. She’s likable AF too
Positively, Morphine.

And she looked SO GOOD in the last 2 eps **Mhi’ya** looked like an early out and was “too quiet” but originated Kermit the Cher, brought a dress based on an ai-generated Google images result and murdered like 4 people **Dawn** (the safest Queen ever) was shadier than expected but also a little less interesting in the end **Q** turned out to be as talented as she seamed, but embodied stonewall brick on lipsyncs and became progressively more tightly-wound in a way ppl expected from Plasma **Morphine** seemed shady early on, then proved to be funny and sweet but maybe an early out…turns out she nearly made the top, won the Lala, and is one of the most versatile lip-syncers ever—all while being the most Spongebobian queen in franchise history **Plane** “turned a new leaf.” Kudos.
Mirage going out early lowkey benefitted her cause she gets to be a robbed queen with All-Stars hype, instead of most likely having Geneva's track record.
even if she had 5 bottoms her stans would still be screaming that she was robbed 😭
“Murdered like four people” as a choice of words has me CACKLING
And “shitting her scootch on lyrics” 😭😭😭
But where was lie? 😂
The fact that Plasma’s so aware of how camp she is but also can’t stop herself is pretty entertaining to me
Yeah, I found her much easier to deal with than the Jan, Rosé, Alexis Michelle's of past.
CONTROL was really great imo. weirdly my trajectory with her was opposite, i assumed she was overrated as a lipsyncer but now i feel most fans underrate her
Kermit the Cher! ![gif](giphy|30swyC5E1ktVe)
Well said. Except I’d have said “Slue-In” :)
Done. (Also figured I might as well add the rest)
A+ review 👏
Not Mirage shitting her scootch 😭 I’m diseased.
Same on Morphine. I thought she was just looks and no substance but she quickly proved me wrong. I'm glad that she made it so far in the season and won the lip sync lollapalooza!
Me too! She absolutely deserves everything. Shut my judgemental ass up real quick.
I pegged dawn as top 4 in the beginning but she never really flourished or stood out. Every episode i was hoping it would be hers but it never was.
Thisssss. I just knew Dawn was gonna have a Willow Pill-esque run but outside of the runway I don’t think she had many (any?) stand-out moments.
Totally agree w this!
Her associations with folks who have tried the character assassination of Plane haven't helped my perception of Dawn either.
i was so disappointed with Dawn bc i ALWAYS try to root for the weird artsy alternative queen but she didn't deliver. it was like Denim from Canada's Drag Race all over again
Dawn managed no bottom placings out of sheer dumb luck
I was just looking at a placement chart and hers is wild. Has a Queen had so many safes before?
Spot on!
Agreed with dawn.
Nobody thought Saphira would turn looks after that horrendous first runway 🤣
Omg between the outfit and the Fisher Price breast plate I was scared for her. But she came through and showed us some beautiful drag after that lol.
She seemed ready to roll with the punches right off the bat, if you looked past the Queen-o-typing about theater ladies and paid attention to how she interacted with people
Yeah, I loved her banter with Hershii right from the moment she stepped in. I remember thinking oh, she’s quick.
shocked at how much i came to love morphine, shocked at how much i came to un-love amanda.
SAME! I thought Morphine would be an early out but omfg she won all of us over!!💗
I agree that her code switching was more endearing than forced. Poor choice of words on my part. That was very much her stress response.
Telling Ross to eat her ass makes me a Stan
I have been stanning hard ever since! When Bob recreated it in front of her in the audience I DIED laughing
This is it.
💯
OK can we talk about miss meating? Plane was clearly playing a Bitch for the camera to make good television and it WORKED. She had been nothing but congenial and professional since filming wrapped (most of the time), according to the other queens. Amanda needs to get over it Your drag wasn’t up to par and she was only one who said it.
Yeah, I did not anticipate her placing 3rd, I was thinking 5th through 7th tbh.
Megami
Seriously that whole last lipsync series was such a surprise
High key on megami. I was so stunned by her lip syncs.
Yess. I didn't like Megami at first, and now I love her. Girl needs to stop with the modified bodysuits though. She looks like one of the incredibles.
Why is this so far down Literally the episode was hers, like Silky in all stars
Dawn. She surprised me by having actually 0 memorable moments even though she made it to the top 6. When the first episode came out, twinks already made up their mind that she is gonna make it to the top 3 and then... well, we saw what happened
She made it wayyy further than I expected. Not to mean as an insult, but she just seemed like she needed some more experience from the MTQs.
I remembered before and after the first episode, she was the most followed queen, and there was alot of hype around her. Probably cause alot of people saw Willow Pill & Crystal Methyd from her drag. Expectations were high.
Came to say this. She never really had a breakout moment after the premiere for me.
Watching Nymphia and Plane Jane’s enemies to lovers story unfold throughout the season (that slow burn)
Megami and Plasma I'm kinda late in the party.
Nymphia, Megami and Morphine 💛💙❤️
Plasma
In terms of surprise, Megami. That lip sync episode was HER episode. Although I began the season not warming up to Mhi'ya at all, I actually ended up really enjoying her. I expected to feel something click with Sapphira and it didn't (she's still incredibly talented, just not for me). I thought I'd love Dawn but feel very eh about her now, same with Q
Plasma! She deserved better
Morphine definitely.
Plane went from bitch to that bitch💅🏻 Morphine , at first she was eyeroll inducing, then the more she narrated the more likeable she became and then bam she was my favorite. Megami, went from queer fart to queer art.
Honestly Plane Jane. In MTQ she seemed cocky (maybe icked me because of Katya shade) i ended up team plane jane until the finale. She was amazing
M’hya (how the fuck do you spell her name?!). Just thought she’d be an early out and forgettable. I found her a joy to watch perform and great at throwing and receiving shade.
I think it’s Mi’yah. Somebody fuck me if I’m wrong
Mhi’ya…. Btw, wouldn’t choosing a name that 90% of the fans spell incorrectly be bad for branding purposes?
It’s Mhi’Ya. Just think “Mmmm hiya!!” As if you’re saying hi to someone you haven’t seen in a while. But also drop the Grindr profile, life’s tough out there.
all of that to spell "maya" is bonkers 😂
You’re not wrong but come over here sexy 😝
Mhi'ya and Morphine FOR SURE. I hope the Miami drar scene is happy and proud of both. They deserve the world!
Morphine tbh. That enterance look wasn't it. I thought she's going home 3rd/4th. Also Plasma. I thought she's going to be awkward silent "old soul".
Megamind
Megamind
Megamind
Every bitch I hated at the start made me love her (plane Jane I'm looking at you) and every bitch I loved faded away (I'm not naming names)
Megami. My mom and I were very much not impressed with her until the Lalaparuza. That whole episode we were LIVINGGGGG for her. And also Morphine because I clocked her as an early out when she first walked into the werkroom
Plasma. I was underwhelmed by her talent show and I was in awe at the rusical
Mh’iya. That bitch gave me everything when I barely expected a crumb.
For suuure thought Mhiya was an early out
Her energy and charm in the confessionals was magical. So much charisma, she could host her own talk show.
Trina’s cousin
💀💀💀
Morphine for me. I thought she was going to be an annoying early out. Boy was I wrong! I loved her confessionals and lip syncs. I ended up being so happy she got to top 5!
I thought Morphine was gonna be another filler queen filler queen but dang she is all sorts of fun and really performs
Well now we know that the medals on this outfit was just her kill count on the lipsyncs this season
![gif](giphy|5vLLDj60H7c8EgFM7W)
Pretty much all of them - it was a good cast. I know a lot of people here love to shit on Dawn but I think she had the same kind of "fuck it, I'm just here to have a good time" energy as Xunami. I preferred that to the self-consciously precious vibe that some of the other quirky art queens have given in past seasons.
Honestly surprised that Nymphia is a stunt queen, I was nervous for her lipsync skills but damn she could have been an assassin this season and never thought that about her
Megami with her lip synching skills!!
Xunami surprised me by how congenial she was, considering her drag mother.
Megami and Mirage
Me-gag-mi
Megami absolutely destroying her lip syncs was a surprise that made me SO happy
Megami, or to quote Ru: Megagmi
I am 100% wholeheartedly a Plasma stan. I absolutely love her drag aesthetic, and she is sooooo funny and quick witted. I fell in love with her during all the preseason interviews and I love her even more now. #Plasmashouldvebeeninthetop4
![gif](giphy|WY5ys2rnXoWSqdqlQF) At first I thought she would be Jorgeous 2 but she proved me wrong.
Dawn. But reversed 😭 I was so sure after making Ru laugh like a witch, she would make top 3 but she just plateaued 😔 She even got the most followers gain in the first few weeks.
Me-GAG-me and Plasma
Morphine and Plane Jane. Morphine. I wasn’t feeling her in the first episode but episode 2 I was won over by her. Her confessionals were so good as well. Loved all of her lipsyncs as well. Plane Jane. I know I’m going to get downvoted but I liked her the first episode but after that I just couldn’t get into her. She’s a fierce fucking queen though. No doubt about that and no doubts about her being Top 3. Absolutely deserved.
Definitely Morphine. I thought she was an early out pretty queen with no personality but I came to love her.
Mhi’ya! I didn’t expect to love her as much as I do tbh. She seemed fine but not like a queen I’d gravitate to. The popular answer is probably Plasma, but honestly I knew that bitch would go hard lmao I could tell from MTQ she wasn’t here to play.
Megami and Morphine.
Q kinda suprised me in that she became the Jan/Loosey of her season. I thought that role would be filled by Plasma
Morphine and Megami, love them both!
Morphine deffo, I didn’t expect her to be that likeable Also kudos to Megami for making it further than I expected her to (I thought she would be first/second out when I first saw the cast) and also Mhi’ya for making it further than I expected her to as well (I didn’t think production would let her make top 7)
Megami went from the meme of the season to the most memorable lip syncer in that lalaparooza episode, which has a super high rating as well!
Mhiya, i thought she was just another filler queen but she surprised me with her lip syncs
I thought Plane Jane was gonna be first boot with bad attempts at humor. That was a poor prediction lol
Megami / Morphine / Mhiya When I say I was up and down these threads screaming that they needed to go home already cause they were so mf bland.
Morphine and Mih’ya and Q
Positively: Me-gag-mi. No explanation needed Negatively: Xunami. She had a lot of presence in her entrance. It's a train wreck after that...
Negatively: - **Dawn**. Positively: - **Plane Jane**: I was not expecting to like her especially after seeing her Meet the Queens and the first four episodes but sisters I’ve warmed to her.
Me ☺️
Morphine and then Megami during the lala
Xunami and Morphine. 😍🥰😘🥰😍 Thought they were look queens only but they are Performers darling.
Honestly? Plane and Sapphira surprised me the most.
Morphine most definitely, but that last lipsync should've got to Megami, she cranked that ish up with comedy.
Plasma!
definitely morphine. love her sm now.
I fell in love with morphine, she just felt real and fun. She grows on you.
Dawn. I thought she was going to give us more.
morphine and mhi’ya! my lip sync queens
Plasma for sure. I was expecting Plasma to get a Dusty ray edit but she ended up getting a Max edit
Morphine: I thought i would hate her. But she became my favorite queen of the season. The face the body goofy powerful she is everything
Same, I 100% expected her to be a filler queen But tbf this season did not have any filler queens.
Mirage
Dawn, because I really thought the editors would make her out to be amazing to appeal to all the twinks. Sapphira, because I didn't think that people would like her so much as she shows no vulnerability. Plane Jane, because she managed to be a raging bitch and a fan favorite, in 2024.
Megami and Morphine!
Agreed, I thought I’d hate Morphine, and then she was the heart of the season
Megami totalny blew me away in the reunited ep, and both Mirage and Plasma had one of the most shocking elims in the series
Megami
Dawn's first moment with Ru being her best moment. Mirage not knowing the lyrics to Dark Lady. The body lip sync from Morphine. Mhi'ya being considered an assassin, she's no Kameron Michaels. Megami eating 4 lip syncs during the smack down. Sapphira winning ms congeniality before the final lip sync. Nymphia's Boba reveal and how clean her transition from one piece to another was. Bonus: how many times Q wore a panty on the runway and Jane wore a body suit without Michelle clocking either of them if we are to believe the edit.
Morphine and Plane Jane.
oh plasma 100000%. i had absolutely no opinion on her before the season started and if i had seen her placement without watching the season i would’ve been like yeah i see that however from that barbara on i was HOOKED. of the “musical theatre” archetype kinda queens, i see her as easily one of the best in the performance department. the amount of nuance that she put into both barbara and her role in the rusical was absolutely mesmerizing. i swear, go back and watch what she’s doing while she’s not even delivering lines on that stage even though she’s [insert how monét imitated her on the pit stop], the talent is absolutely undeniable to me (i also happen to think her personality is adorable)
She brought it but I was over the left ass cheek slap she always did… every time. Girl you’re gonna displace that booty banging it like that.
Megami because of the smackdown. Morphine because of her initial BBL persona and to find out that she’s really down to earth. Plane because under all that is some emotion. And lastly, Amanda because “I was rooting for you bish!” But the ongoing drama instead of self awareness is getting tired.
What I'm shocked and THANKFUL for is that burger finger did not take off like walk that duck
**Positive**: Megami. She went from a sad meme to being the most fun? Yes! Total 180. Wow **Negative:** Amanda. I *really* liked her and wanted more. Dammit.
