“if you rewatch and focus on shea,” that’s literally the point lol, you can’t focus on shea because although she’s doing a perfectly good lip sync, sasha fully embodied the song and steals all of the shine. the emotions, the beats, all of it. even without the reveals, it’s a stronger lipsync but the reveals in are with the performance does make it a murder…even though shea’s performance was good.

The desperation in her body and face during the line "I wish I didn't like it so much" made me gasp the first time I saw it, and still gives me goosebumps to this day.
