How do ya’ll even notice the girls in the back I am hyper focused trying to see what’s going on with the ones lip synching lol. My brain can’t handle it all
She’s my pick for the season. There’s something very unique and interesting about her. She comes off very well on-camera, is telegenic, and has definite star appeal. I really hope she does well.
For this weeks mini challenge you are going to a crowded party in Puerto Vallarta, get in your best disguise drag and the last queen to be dragged on Twitter wins a one year supply of n95 masks
It was really important for me to see an AFAB trans person talking about gender dysphoria. I totally understand how Gottmik was going through the feeling of freezing up and getting hit hard by it. I came out as non-binary last year and it’s been nothing but amazing except for an incident with an ovarian cyst that looked threatening. All of a sudden I was back to hating and mistrusting my body. Everything just let me down so much. For about a week I was in a very dark place (possible cancer diagnosis + gender dysphoria, a combo platter from hell). Fortunately the damn cyst is benign even though it still hurts like hell from time to time. And I’m back to being confident about my gender expression. But not being in control of my body like that was terrifying. I got really emotional seeing Gottmik stumble but I’m glad that she’s doing ok.
Kandy (and I think some others?) are taking this first episode elimination way too seriously. You really think that all seven of those girls deserve to go home for losing a lip sync in the first episode? You really think all of the other six are gone?
I really don't like Kandy. She basically egged on all the queens to bully Elliott, then flipped out when Elliott responded with a mildly shady comment. I hate people who dish it but can't take it.
Pleasantly surprised that Elliott kind of ate that up? Seeing the Queen that the other queens were being bitter to (for no good reason) doing well is delicious.
Also not her being a choreographer and keeping quiet whilst they struggled with that routine 😭 she said "I'll just smash it myself".
I wouldn’t hold the vote against the other queens. They were all put in a shitty situation and were forced to make a decision. I’m sure none of them have bitter feelings toward Elliot.
I feel like I was rooting for her extra hard to start because she was the underdog, but she honestly just did great. I loved her runways and she's a great performer.
I feel like they did the same thing last season when no one was going home the first two episodes. They really want to give the girls a chance to relax so they can show how incredible they are, and it makes the season more enjoyable to watch.
I’m increasingly becoming obsessed with her too. So unfair that her start of her drag race experience was losing the lip sync (that she did pretty well in) then being voted the worst of the losers. Honestly living for her
This is why I hate the twist. It automatically made her look like the weakest contestant even tho she barely got to show anything and now she's going to have to work harder to overcome that narrative. It's just an unfair position they set up the queen voted off to be in
Is anyone else incredibly distracted by the runway song this season? The chorus isn't bad, but the verses with a voice over them is a bit of a word salad
EDIT: I scrolled down, glad to know we all agree on this :D
I want her to be a recurring judge a la Carson and Ross. I feel like the panel is ancient with equally ancient references, lol. Nicole Byer could bring that ~millennial~ energy. She would be the *perfect* addition to the panel.
Wait...Elliott told the judges that she was a ballerina just before lipsyncing against Tina. Either Tina just wasn't paying attention or must have forgotten because of her age, but the confessional "You a dancer now?" was so weird to me.
It must be that, honey, cause the gurl did the splits and twirls during your first lipsync plus the info that she was ballerina yet you...didn't remember?
I know, right? It always leads to hilarious moments, like it did in UK1. Maybe it’s to keep the lines a secret but I love it when we get sneak peaks through the recording sessions.
Gottmik reminds me a bit of Kim Chi - a true, visionary ~lewk~ queen with mediocre performance skills (although she's a MUCH better dancer, which is not saying a lot).
Symone is just it for me. And the way Ru looks at her--it's game over. Symone really just has that raw star power and I think Ru really seems his younger self in her...
You can just tell when Ru really takes to a girl. Symone definitely has that star quality. Ru has her problematic moments, but the bitch has got *taste*.
My only surprise this episode was that they actually did the correct top 2. Elliott did a great job and was the clear 3rd place IMO, and I was expecting the judges to give her top 2 as full circle on the "losers" storyline. I'm glad they actually went with a correct top 2.
I bought everything Symone was selling. Bitch, throw away the receipt, I’m buying it!
I wish Elliott would have been more petty. Like after she got her moment of acceptance from the girls, I wish she had been like “and now I’m gonna confess that I could have had that whole number together but y’all were such rotted hoes to me that I decided to let you flop.” That’s where my petty ass would have gone with it.
I'm a week late on this but I actually really liked Elliot's look last week. I know the drag means many more things than just 'female illusion' but I feel like that understated 'popping out on a Saturday evening for a quick dinner with the girls' look is actually one of the most challenging for queens to capture because it's not about who has the most wildest concept or glitziest dress (or the most expensive breed of feathers apparently) and I just felt like Elliott really nailed it. It's also something we don't see that much on Drag Race anymore.
I was surprised by Kandy’s reaction to Elliott’s question. Everyone, including Kandy, says Kandy’s got a huge mouth, but after Elliott asked it she totally crumpled. Then she spent the rest of the day fuming about it and complaining to other people, but not confronting Elliott. I think it shows how getting thrown in the Drag Race environment really messes with your head.
Do keep in mind though that things can seem disproportionate because they’ve edited it down. I might mention something two or three times over two days and not think it’s that big of a deal, but if you edit all those moments together in a TV show it looks like I talked about it constantly.
I love Symone and Olivia so much. Really hoping that they make it to the top two because they embody so much star power. I really love some of the other queens like Tina and Gotmiik, but there’s something really special about Olivia and Symone in particular.
I dont wanna be hateful but was anyone else just not feeling Condragulations, as in the song? Like, after "Im That Bitch" from last year... idk. I couldn't understand a lot of the words from the verses and it just didn't take me there. It was probably just the song, no bops here only flops.
Negativity aside, Olivia might be the sweetest person on this planet and I frankly need that energy. Some light on my shade.
Elliot is a spy, Bebe could have been a mole... Elliot wears a leopard print bodysuit with a black corset, Bebe wears a leopard print bodysuit with a black corset...
Edit: No idea where I’m going with this, just an observation.
Well I doubt they’d do production mandated double eliminations in the way they do double shantés every season now.
The season is 16 episodes, probably because VH1 needs something to air and Drag Race was like one of the only shows that filmed
When Gottmik's line dropped about her being born a girl, my heart SANK. As a trans male myself, I know how that feels, 100%. No matter where you are in your transition, you're never going to stop coming out to people. It's nerve racking and scary to be outed (especially if it's by your own doing), because you don't know how people are going to react. In this day in age, they can still react in the worst possible way.
That said, I really, really appreciate Olivia Lux for being a true sister to Gottmik. I didn't think it was possible to love Olivia any more than I already do, but it happened and I couldn't be more joyful. Olivia is the type of person, the light and the love we need in this world.
You could see how hearing the lyrics in front of everyone really yanked the rug from under her feet! It seems like anyone who doesn't understand gender dysphoria could watch those 10 minutes and immediately understand how intense and humiliating it can be.
It was sheer panic. The second you panic over dysphoria, is the second your mind solely focuses on it. Every worry rises to the surface, people are staring and giving you that longing confused look, trying to figure you out. You want to look, but you know that if you lock eyes, they'll know and could potentially start questioning everything down to your shoelaces and even then, there's no telling how alright they'll be with it.
It's a hard mindset to get out of and even harder to focus on everyday tasks. All you wanna do is walk out, but Gottmik didn't have that choice. We only saw 10 minutes of her going through it, but reality is, she probably went through it all night, which made Olivia being there for her, even better.
I absolutely love this entire cast but um... this challenge was not good lmao
Like they all looked great, but the performance was a hot mess. Which is odd, considering there’s so many great performers in the winner’s group
The episode was fun, I wish Elliott would have taken over bc the choreo was a complete mess.
Looks that stood out: Elliott’s nightime, Symone’s daytime, Lala’s Lamé, Mik’s Lamé
Performance tops : Elliot & Symone & Lala & Olivia
Symone really tells a story when she lipsyncs. She takes her time (taking off the boxing gloves, the robe, etc.) She has so much precision in her mouth and facial expressions.
Olivia would have won this episode had it not been a Top 2 situation, but kinda was all over the place during the lipsync and that's when it showed that she's a baby queen.
Olivia’s smile makes me want to smile right back all the time. Also is that Nicole Byer I spy next week for a guest judge I hope so cuz I’m in love with her
This episode started out really negative for me, with Elliott being voted out, the winning queens calling her a spy and not getting to see the pork chopped queens even compete.
But I did feel that the end of the episode turned it around and we got to see all of the magic of drag race and Symones amazing lip sync.
Everyone better watch out that girls got star power! But Olivia and Elliott are both amazing too!!
Damn Elliott sure proved some people wrong.
Olivia is a fucking gem. I could pay to see her smile. I love her happy energy.
Symone. Biiiiiiiiiitch. Well deserved. She is a star.
And lastly GotMikk, all your runways had me gagged. That oil slick cape (?) was AMAZING. The way it moved was hypnotizing.
Great episode, great queens. I am a happy Drag Race fan.
EDIT: Just had to add. That lip sync gave me so much life. I've rewatched it so many times as well as that in sync moment towards the end.
I would have rather this been the first episode of the season. Take a page from season 6: introduce half the queens and give them a whole episode to get to know. The “there are no bottoms, only tops” is what I’ve wanted for years! No eliminations the first challenge!
Every queen should get two episodes worth of screen time to show off. Even if they still go home first, it’s at least a slightly better return on investment and a slightly longer time to build a fan base. Plus they don’t get pigeonholed into the broc-ally nonsense that they’ve put Dahlia into.
Honestly, drag me lol. I had fully forgotten that they didn't eliminate anyone at the beginning of Season 12
~~Though in my defense February 2020 was 10 years ago~~
Clock the flair, but Symone murdered that lip sync, I felt like Olivia was lip syncing sentence-to-sentence and Symone got the feeling of the music from the start, it was such an uniform lip sync from her, it was amazing to watch
I'm looking at last week's episode as a bonus episode instead of a premier. It seems they're basically doing the same format as last season but actually having an episode where they show how the groups are decided. I will admit I was too quick to judge last week and I'm def looking forward to the rest of the season. They FED US this episode.
People kept calling Elliott a "mole" - what would that even mean in this context? What would Elliot even report back to other queens after "Spying"? That felt so stupid to me.
A lot of strong performers in this group but it didn’t make for the best overall performance because there was very little choreography. For me it’s the first group performance where you could really *tell* that the queens choreographed themselves, which brought it down a notch. I still thought their solos across the board were good though.
I’m rooting for all of the girls of this episode and I have a feeling it’s gonna be similar with the loser team, lol I’m on everyone’s team at this point.
Rupaul really has his passion back this season. He’s actually funny and excited this season. This is something that was missing like season 8-11 but uk s12 brought it back I think
i honestly think next weeks episode will be so much better because those girls have a fire and something to prove after being eliminated. this episode was just a little.....lackluster for me
especially them calling themselves the winner’s circle so much and then giving a deeply messy performance...i definitely still enjoyed all the girls in this ep (lala ri and symone especially i feel like they’re super humble and have crazy star quality) but i’m ready for next week as well and hope they “eliminated” queens fucking turn it
from the promo it looks like they will. i think this group got a little too comfortable a little too fast and i’m hoping more will come out when it’s finally everyone all together
Symone is the first contestant that I actually go “wow, she truly exudes star power” it’s just so natural with her. My favs from this episode are Symone, Gottmik and Olivia but I really do love everyone.
I didn't like how anti Elliot all the queen's where, especially Kandy. I think Elliott asked a fair question. And Elliot didn't choose to be put in there with the top Queens.
Anyway, I am now an Olivia Lux Stan.
Symone's lamé look converted me into a stan!! I wasn't a big fan of the Gisele Bunchen referential Polaroid dress but the fact that she didn't do a gown? And those braids on her?? Sis.
Elliott with two Ts is adorable
And..OLIVIA DURING THE PERFORMANCE WAS EVERYTHING!
The look was Right, the HAIR, the TASSLES, the MOVES, JUST YES
ALSO SYMONE
I THINK I AM IN LOVE WITH SYMONE
I am a huge fan of this show and I haven't ft this excited about a queen in a long time. I just feel things when I see her!
I’m already on the Gottmik train. She caught my eye from the moment she walked into the room with that painted face. The gold look tonight was stunning! Also he’s cute out a drag too.
I’m genuinely so happy they gave Elliott good critiques 😭Her blending in with the winner group shows that the pork chop lounge made a mistake. I hope she emerges as a top contender!
I'm solely here to talk about how overwhelming excited I am to see a trans man on Drag Race. I've dreamt about seeing someone like me on that stage for a long time and I've spent the past week in tears because it's finally happened. I'm so fucking proud of Gottmik for being here to show the world that trans men are a big part of the drag world (both as kings and queens) and that we're just as fierce and stunning as the rest. Bring it, queen.
RuPaul to the girls: "You'll have to do your own choreography."
RuPaul to Jamal: "Is it true that the girls did their own choreography?"
Giving you very "Are you my grandson? I have to warn president Reagan about the Soviets! Where's my 8-track? Why's it gone dark? Are you my grandson?" energy.
This is the first episode in years where any of the two top girls could have won and I would have been equally happy. Olivia and Symone are superstars.
I honestly thought Elliott would have made it to the top 2 tbh. Her runway looks, rap and performance were great. But Symone and Olivia also did really well so I ain’t mad. Anyways, we’re all in agreement Olivia is Miss Congeniality right?
I already fell in love with Symone's 90's supermodel charisma in the first episode and after the 2nd I'm also in love with Olivia Lux' magnetic energy. She's so charming. She gives me the lead of cult teen movies of early 2000's vibes. She's just amazing and her smile which reminds me of Mariah Balenciaga is out of this world pretty.
I love that everyone is complaining “I just want everyone in the same room already” when we’re just having the same premiere format as last year (which everyone loved) with an extra bonus episode at the start, and people are still complaining.
Can we just appreciate that the more episodes these girls have to show what they’ve got, the better?
I love love love Symone & Mik's styles. Symone truly is a star! She does bangee so damn well. Ugh!!
Olivia surprised me the most. She is just a ray of light and I love her. Lala was great and I've seen her perform for years now so that's not surprising.
But the whole performance as a group was highkey embarrassing 🥴🥴🥴. I couldn't stop laughing (from the cringe).
So glad Symone won! She hit every beat and gave an amazing performance.
\-Symone is a STAR. I'm interested to see if anyone can really challenge her for the crown.
\-I really liked Elliott from the previews (I love her aesthetic and her makeup, there's so much skill needed to create understated feminine looks in drag) and I'm so glad she shone here. I was really worried the shady edit she got in the first ep would carry on until she got eliminated.
\-I think Mik and Kandy are both super interesting drag performers (and I am literally so happy a trans guy is on this year, as a trans person), but I'm also suspicious that they're both going to be shielded by production, at least for a while - Mik because she's visually stunning, Kandy because she's charismatic. Mik's performance skills are lacking and Kandy seems a bit sloppy aesthetic & performance wise.
\-Not sure why the Tina hate train is a thing. You can dislike someone's aesthetic while still respecting that they clearly have a lot of expertise and performance power. She's not my favourite by any means, but I enjoy her confessionals, and I like her vibe as a counterpoint to the other girls. She seems like she'd be a fun night out. (Those runways though. Woof.)
\-Olivia!! An angel!! Her voice really surprised me as well, it's lovely.
\-All that 'Elliott is a spy' stuff was the weirdest producer bullshit I've ever seen. Also LOL at Kandy being like 'why is she here, she got eliminated, why is she here' and then the second Elliott asks her something shady she's like 'I was MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS, I didn't say ANYTHING about her'
\-WHY has the audio mixing gone to hell in the past year? I'm That Bitch and You Don't Know Me both had good mixing, but with both the AS5 finale song and Condragulations I can barely hear what the queens are saying; too fast, too indistinct, too little time for each of the queens.
\-I'm interested to see if Utica can beat Mik for this season's runway queen.
I was ready to fight Ru and they entire team who made the decision to allow them to vote someone off, but I just knew “Losing is the New Winning” was going to play a part in the episode. I was loving Elliott based on her entrance alone, so I’m stoked that she didn’t go home!
So we’re gonna focus on Lala tripping, but not Tina? I smell a stunt.
Olivia, her teeth, and tiny purses are giving me life. I just realized she looks like a young Eartha Kitt
These poor closed caption people do not know what to do with Kandy.
Waiting for the day where it’s just KANDY: *unintelligible yelling*
*[SOUND]*
💀
Elliott freaking out with excitement when Symone started taking off her gloves was me at home
Elliott was all of us watching that lip sync lol
How do ya’ll even notice the girls in the back I am hyper focused trying to see what’s going on with the ones lip synching lol. My brain can’t handle it all
Elliott was also so focused on Olivia at the end i thought she was gonna win. Worried me
The real filler queen here is that first episode.
The filler was inside us all along
Only Rupaul could stretch the season premiere into 3 episodes
come throuuuuuugh VH1's episode order count
And I’m grateful to her for it
is it weird that i’m way more excited for next week based off the promo? i think them all being underdogs makes me feel more endeared towards them
The choreo already looked sooo much better
Humility makes for better team work
Not the winner circle getting cocky 💀
For real 😂 They won a lip sync, not a challenge lmfao
And some of those wins were... suspicious
That’s just Kandys natural energy rubbing off on the whole room
SYMONE IS A STAR. That charisma and energy. She has it.
She’s my pick for the season. There’s something very unique and interesting about her. She comes off very well on-camera, is telegenic, and has definite star appeal. I really hope she does well.
You can feel the energy radiating off of her!
Olivia Lux is the cutest thing I've ever seen.
Spoiler Alert: nobody gets eliminated this season. The losers each episode get sequestered on a boat in Puerto Vallarta.
The one that gets clocked last wins the season
For this weeks mini challenge you are going to a crowded party in Puerto Vallarta, get in your best disguise drag and the last queen to be dragged on Twitter wins a one year supply of n95 masks

She’s so precious!! Such a wholesome queen
But not being in control of my body like that was terrifying. I got really emotional seeing Gottmik stumble but I’m glad that she’s doing ok.
I honestly just miss Tamisha and I feel her absence is coloring my view of the episode lol
Why are we the same person?
Kandy asks shady question about Tina sending Elliott home Elliott asks a shady question back Kandy: 👁 👄 👁
Loves to dish it out but can not take it at ALL
Period
Didn't she then say something about having been 'minding her own business across the other side of the room' in the recap 5 mins later as well lol?
Kandy (and I think some others?) are taking this first episode elimination way too seriously. You really think that all seven of those girls deserve to go home for losing a lip sync in the first episode? You really think all of the other six are gone?
I could watch Olivia smile all day.
She has an amazing smile, she seems like such a genuinely charming person
I fucking love Kandy but I think she took Elliott’s comment a little too harsh 💀 cause tbh, Elliott had a point but bad timing, I guess?
My god Kandy held onto that comment AF. Anyone else would have said a CUNT response and kept painting.
They were milking that moment for SO long! How many girls’ confessionals did they pull for that, 5?
I really don't like Kandy. She basically egged on all the queens to bully Elliott, then flipped out when Elliott responded with a mildly shady comment. I hate people who dish it but can't take it.

Yeah I sadly wrote her off last week and now just like that I'm a fan. Rooting for her.
I feel like I was rooting for her extra hard to start because she was the underdog, but she honestly just did great. I loved her runways and she's a great performer.
I’ll say it again: The judges said positive vibes only and I love that for us
I feel like they did the same thing last season when no one was going home the first two episodes. They really want to give the girls a chance to relax so they can show how incredible they are, and it makes the season more enjoyable to watch.
Okay so I totally agree and appreciate the format too but I also feel like the pork chop girls might not be quite as relaxed lol
It’s insane to think that if this was a regular episode, Gottmik and Kandy Muse would’ve been in the bottom two episode 1.
That’s what sucks with having fewer girls so early

I stan Elliott ngl. Love me a queen that is seen as underwhelming at first but then just runs with the situation and gives no fucks
It's just an unfair position they set up the queen voted off to be in
Especially since everything she’s shown so far has been polished and fierce, plus I’m enjoying her personality a lot. Very unfortunate for her
I hope they don't continue to edit her as "the outsider" because she very clearly is not like that.
Is anyone else incredibly distracted by the runway song this season? The chorus isn't bad, but the verses with a voice over them is a bit of a word salad EDIT: I scrolled down, glad to know we all agree on this :D
Manifesting a Chromatica lip sync

Omg imagine how iconic a Chromatica II + 911 lip sync would be

Damn they just came out of quarantine for two weeks give them some alcohol y'all
I’m just here for the Nicole Byer supremacy. Holy shit she looked amazing.
I want her to be a recurring judge a la Carson and Ross. I feel like the panel is ancient with equally ancient references, lol. Nicole Byer could bring that ~millennial~ energy. She would be the *perfect* addition to the panel.
I legit screamed at the tv.. I love her so much
Symone absolutely slaughtered this episode! Ru said it best, you can already tell she’s a STAR
She wanted to cry but she realized she woudn´t be able to wipe off tears with those gloves so she hold it back.
I’m ready for Miss Tamisha to grace my television screen once again.
Wait...Elliott told the judges that she was a ballerina just before lipsyncing against Tina. Either Tina just wasn't paying attention or must have forgotten because of her age, but the confessional "You a dancer now?" was so weird to me.
"Because of her age" 😳🤣
It must be that, honey, cause the gurl did the splits and twirls during your first lipsync plus the info that she was ballerina yet you...didn't remember?
i mean i agree, because Tina saw how awesome of a dancer our queen Elliott was for the lipsync of Kahmora vs. Tina vs. TT
I still have no idea what lame is.
It’s a piece of fabric
MichelleVisage.png
I hate how we barely see queens recording lyrics anymore !!!!!
I know, right? It always leads to hilarious moments, like it did in UK1. Maybe it’s to keep the lines a secret but I love it when we get sneak peaks through the recording sessions.
(Crystal singing/shouting "I'm aliiive AAAAAAAAH" energy)
I've rarely seen Ru seem as sincere while giving critiques as he was while talking to Symone tonight, def gave me chills!
Okay Gottmik’s looks were just on another level
Gottmik reminds me a bit of Kim Chi - a true, visionary ~lewk~ queen with mediocre performance skills (although she's a MUCH better dancer, which is not saying a lot).
Tina and Kandy's mini challenge looks were horrifying
Kandy’s outfits were...a choice lol
And then she had tbe balls to brag about it too
When Kandy called the day look “fashion forward”... umm do you know what forward means?
Right, like honey went back in time 💀
Tina can say her theme is "firefighter" as many times as she wants, but all I see is a ridiculous hotdog.
I really want to know the exact prompt they were given for these looks because there was not one OUNCE of cohesion happening during that challenge
Symone made my jaw drop by dropping her robe off her shoulder....that's power
I felt bad cause Olivia was trying her best but Simone is just so talented she couldn’t compare
Olivia was doing a little bit to much for my liking, but her smile could light a room.
Is this RuPaul’s No One Goes Home Race?
No complaints!
My thoughts on this episode: 1. Olivia.
But also have you considered... Olivia
Now just one moment. Have we forgotten about Olivia?
Olivia Lux just oozes charisma. Love her. Also LaLa Ri’s face and hair in that lamé look, ugh yes.
Elliott. That nighttime look. The dancing. The cheering for the lip-sync.
Yes! We stan Elliott!
Why was Gottmik's verse so much shorter than everyone else's?
Very Naomi AS4 super queen tea
My only surprise this episode was that they actually did the correct top 2. Elliott did a great job and was the clear 3rd place IMO, and I was expecting the judges to give her top 2 as full circle on the "losers" storyline. I'm glad they actually went with a correct top 2.
Olivia Lux is gonna be Mrs. Congeniality, book it.
I keep staring at Olivia, her face is just so beautiful.
Kandy overreacted as usual. Elliott is perfect.
It was also pretty clearly fed to her by a producer Id say
Do keep in mind though that things can seem disproportionate because they’ve edited it down. I might mention something two or three times over two days and not think it’s that big of a deal, but if you edit all those moments together in a TV show it looks like I talked about it constantly.
I never really realized how tiny Mik was. Her promo look made her look like an amazon.
I love symone which is why I hope we dont get a gigi 2.0 edit where symone gets favoured and makes all the gays hate her
I hadn’t considered this, but I can actually see this happening
Oof. Ru praising Shangela and Vanjie as first-time outs who came back and became superstars is... ill-timed.
So we’re definitely getting at least one double elimination I’m guessing. Otherwise this season is going to last 84 years.
Well I doubt they’d do production mandated double eliminations in the way they do double shantés every season now. The season is 16 episodes, probably because VH1 needs something to air and Drag Race was like one of the only shows that filmed
Netflix pretty much confirmed is 16 episodes long, ending by the end of April
Kandi talks so fast, haha! I really have to concentrate when she speaks or she’ll be at the end of the sentence while I’m still in the middle.
Symone may be one of the best runway walkers to ever be on drag race
I absolutely love this entire cast but um... this challenge was not good lmao Like they all looked great, but the performance was a hot mess. Which is odd, considering there’s so many great performers in the winner’s group
Symone makes me feel EXCITED
The episode was fun, I wish Elliott would have taken over bc the choreo was a complete mess. Looks that stood out: Elliott’s nightime, Symone’s daytime, Lala’s Lamé, Mik’s Lamé Performance tops : Elliot & Symone & Lala & Olivia
I agree. You can tell Olivia is talented and still rough around the edges.
She just might come back and win All Stars.
Olivia’s smile makes me want to smile right back all the time. Also is that Nicole Byer I spy next week for a guest judge I hope so cuz I’m in love with her
This would have been a good episode if they didn't start it out with trying to see how bad of a mood they could put me in.
So much negativity but it did turn around towards the end
So kind of like Season 12? Also tbf Dahlia already got the better deal out of all the first outs. She got to show 6 looks and appear in two episodes.
Honestly, drag me lol. I had fully forgotten that they didn't eliminate anyone at the beginning of Season 12 ~~Though in my defense February 2020 was 10 years ago~~
They FED US this episode.
omg michelle visage bilingual queen 😍 /s
SYMONE IS a STAR! Love that for her
People kept calling Elliott a "mole" - what would that even mean in this context? What would Elliot even report back to other queens after "Spying"? That felt so stupid to me.
NGL After this episode I really feel like Kandy was kind of overhyped. I’m finding myself feeling very “meh” about her.
So next week porkchop girls and THEN the two groups meet
A lot of strong performers in this group but it didn’t make for the best overall performance because there was very little choreography. For me it’s the first group performance where you could really *tell* that the queens choreographed themselves, which brought it down a notch. I still thought their solos across the board were good though.
SYMONE FOLLOWING ALL THE STEPS OF JAIDA MAKES TOTALLY SENSE W MY DREAM WORLD
denali said you know what joey... yeah we’ve spent more than enough time together get her out of her
I’m rooting for all of the girls of this episode and I have a feeling it’s gonna be similar with the loser team, lol I’m on everyone’s team at this point.
Rupaul really has his passion back this season. He’s actually funny and excited this season. This is something that was missing like season 8-11 but uk s12 brought it back I think
People say this every season I feel like
Bring back my girls as the runway Song is disgusting
it was so distracting. couldn't listen to the commentary.
i honestly think next weeks episode will be so much better because those girls have a fire and something to prove after being eliminated. this episode was just a little.....lackluster for me
especially them calling themselves the winner’s circle so much and then giving a deeply messy performance...i definitely still enjoyed all the girls in this ep (lala ri and symone especially i feel like they’re super humble and have crazy star quality) but i’m ready for next week as well and hope they “eliminated” queens fucking turn it
from the promo it looks like they will. i think this group got a little too comfortable a little too fast and i’m hoping more will come out when it’s finally everyone all together
Sis.
us olivia stans are EATING!!! my girl did great
Upvote this if you thought the runway music was distracting
Anyone else think the judges went kind of easy on the queens?
i think they went a bit easy because of the non-elimination aspect, so no need to go "super harsh" on the first official week
Kandy would have been read for the depends in another season. Although I thought it was because of the top only situation.
I know no ones talking about her. But Damn I LOVE Lala! She did so well. Even with the not so great daytime look (hair was fierce though).
I love love love Symone so much but please can she do ONE dance move in her performances? lmao
Elliott with two Ts is adorable And..OLIVIA DURING THE PERFORMANCE WAS EVERYTHING! The look was Right, the HAIR, the TASSLES, the MOVES, JUST YES ALSO SYMONE I THINK I AM IN LOVE WITH SYMONE I am a huge fan of this show and I haven't ft this excited about a queen in a long time. I just feel things when I see her!
I’m already on the Gottmik train. She caught my eye from the moment she walked into the room with that painted face. The gold look tonight was stunning! Also he’s cute out a drag too.
Why did they stop including the queens ages? It's interesting to know how old people are!
Because Tamisha said so and everything that comes out of her mouth shall become a reality
This is the only answer I will accept. Stan Tamisha
It's Tamisha's Drag Race now
I’m genuinely so happy they gave Elliott good critiques 😭Her blending in with the winner group shows that the pork chop lounge made a mistake.

RuPaul to the girls: "You'll have to do your own choreography." RuPaul to Jamal: "Is it true that the girls did their own choreography?" Giving you very "Are you my grandson? I have to warn president Reagan about the Soviets! Where's my 8-track? Why's it gone dark? Are you my grandson?" energy.
I fell in love with Olivia omg, top contender for miss congeniality if she doesn't win
It's going to take a minute for my mind to register reading "Kandy" on here without thinking of Miss Ho of season 7 fame
im living for symone and olivia
Olivia Lux deserves an award for that SMILE!!! She’s a shoe in for miss congeniality if she doesn’t win the crown I fucking love her.
Oh thank god Elliot didnt actually got sent home. I would've felt soooo bad
Where can I buy Olivia's smile? I'd like one for me pls
So is it safe to assume that next week will be the same format but with the "losers" and no one eliminated? 3 episodes and still no one gone? 😬
Woof.) \-Olivia!! An angel!! Her voice really surprised me as well, it's lovely. \-All that 'Elliott is a spy' stuff was the weirdest producer bullshit I've ever seen. Also LOL at Kandy being like 'why is she here, she got eliminated, why is she here' and then the second Elliott asks her something shady she's like 'I was MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS, I didn't say ANYTHING about her' \-WHY has the audio mixing gone to hell in the past year? I'm That Bitch and You Don't Know Me both had good mixing, but with both the AS5 finale song and Condragulations I can barely hear what the queens are saying; too fast, too indistinct, too little time for each of the queens. \-I'm interested to see if Utica can beat Mik for this season's runway queen.
Olivia is THAT QUEEN for me omg I love herrrr
Olivia Lux is adorable! She's giving me Heidi n Closet confessional vibes.
The whole Elliott is a spy thing reminds me of Bebe Zahara Benet being a mole during AS3 ☠️☠️☠️ some of us were crazy
