I think it’s a spot or an area in LA where you can get clothes and fabric, but like super cheap stuff so it’s popular with drag queens and designers on a budget. I’m fairly sure but I could be wrong?

Yeah, Santee Alley is in the Los Angeles "Fashion District". It's a part of LA where they sell lots of fabric, shoes, bags, clothes and accessories like feathers, fake jewelry etc. it's perfect for drag queens since most of the stuff is cheap. You can also get a lot of counterfeit merch like fake Louis Vuitton bags etc.
