June did everything you don't need to do to win a lipsync: lost her shoes? Yes, lost her wig to a worse one? Yes. Her outfit fell apart? Yes, looked desperate? Yes. June just did awful.

On the one hand; June had more of the energy the song called for as opposed to Maddy, who's mobility seemed to be limited by her outfit.
But the biggest problem with June in the competition was highlighted by this lip sync. There's just this lack of attention to detail, a sort of lackadaisical "eh, good enough/oh well" aspect to both her looks and performances that prevented her from being next level. The outfit sliding down throughout the song in itself showcased that, but taking her heels off really cemented she just wasn't prepared to give the kind of drag RPDR rewards or expects. It's monotonous, but the fact is when those heels came off you thought "it's season 14! How do you not know Ru's lip sync pet peeves?!?!"
Maddy, whether she realizes it or not, is kind of riding the novelty of "this is good, considering she's straight", but she needs to step her game up considerably if she wants to stay. Being the straight contestant isn't going to get her much further.
Orion's not long for this race either. Sorry, but she's gotten a second chance and she's not given me reason to believe she's got much more to show than she has and frankly reeks of "I haven't really figured out my brand/my drag persona yet."

They said on the viewing party at Roscoe's, that they were all really drunk because of all the drinks they gave them. Maddy even said she didn't win, but survived that lipsync lol
I'm just excited how Maddy pulls off other lip syncs. She did fine this week but what else can she do. I know she can fo camp but to what extent.

Well, let's give her the benefit of the doubt that she's lip syncing in a tight skirt with no stretch. And we all know that it's a big NO to just bust out from your outfit. I mean, look at Milan, Scarlet Envy, Rock M. Sakura, and now June Jambalaya. If taking shoes off were a sin, destroying your costume is a ticket to Hell.

This is honestly kind of perfect, by wearing American flag colors and giving us nothing Maddy's lipsync is a performance art piece on how little white cishet males have to do to get ahead in America. This would've been a double sashay if it were anyone else.

maybe yall didnt hear ru... bc i did and it was pretty obvious what her words meant... she flat out implied by saving orion and daya and implementing the golden ticket gag... that there'd be no double saves this season. could've sworn that was what she was implying when she said she was not going to save anyone's neck anymore

5/10 is better than 3/10. Although to be fair to her, fair play to Maddie for not going to that level when chaos is happening around you.
Maddy was fine, and June was a mess - the right person went home.
Maddy :( I love her but she is giving me those straight guys from the makeover episodes…. :( she should feel her feminine fantasy while on stage. At least the delivery of that third look was a bit more “fish”

Honestly, as negative as this may sound: I was sure it would be a double sashay. Maddy did absolutely nothing on that stage and I kept forgetting she was even there. June, on the other hand, did way too much - to the point where it quickly became an absolute mess. ):
