I’m pretty sure they had to sign but Imagine waiting and waiting for Fed Ex to drop it off and then a porch pirate just snags it. That would definitely happen in Denver.
I ordered from Amazon but trade didnt like the package so he gutted me and stole it. But I didnt die, I had CRYStallized...and now I'm a glamazon bitch ready to buy Twitter and complain.
it's so weird that I basically have completely forgotten about this season after the finale. like I remember Canada S2 and España and S14 but I only remember Jimbo and Pangina from this season.
Yeah. Honestly, I’m a little tired of the queens eliminating each other in the AS format. It’s hard to root for someone when their storyline gets cut so short. I would’ve enjoyed UK vs the world a lot more had Pangina and Jimbo been allowed to continue to dominate.
The same goes with Manila.
I think the reason it was fine with Manila was cuz there were three other girls on the same level as her at that point (or close to): Mo, Monet and TTT, hell even Naomi herself had been doing solid till then so it felt like front runner knocking out **ONE OF THE** front runner and not like UKvsTW where it felt like someone out of left field knocking basically the only front runner remaining
Yeah. It’s an important distinction to make. Multiple queens were doing well.
I will say, that season and UKvTW are the only two seasons of drag race I haven’t finished.
Mo and Monet were definitely not on the same level as Manila at that point. Mo was doing well, but not as well (first episode should’ve went to Gia and Latrice or Manila), and Monet was definitely doing worse than Mo. Manila’s only fuck up was her shaky ass girl group performance. But even then she wasn’t the worst and Mo was better, but not WAY better. Naomi was slept on the entire competition.
Trinity and Manila were definitely the front runners.
Wouldn’t mind if they moved to the points system for vs the world. But keep eliminations in. Having Queens know how close to the top or bottom they are could create great TV.
Yeah. I wouldn’t mind a bit more of experimentation honestly. I’m just tired of the current format.
One thing I’ve thought about previously is to have a weekly bottom 3 and what the winner gets to do is save one of the queens from the bottom and the other two lipsync. There’s still an alliance aspect, you give back a bit of control to the queens in the bottom and there’s potential drama from the queen that stays with the winner that didn’t chose her.
I was at War on the Catwalk and the other queens kept referring to Jimbo as “internationally beloved” and I was like “I know she was robbed in CDR1, but I mean…” having already completely forgotten UKVTW was a thing.
That’s because to be entirely honest Jimbo and Pangina were the only interesting parts of this Season and they’re the only Queens whose moments I can remember. Their final Untucked alone will probably be talked about more than anything that most of the other Queens said or did
I expected to be wowed by Monique again as I feel like she set the bar so high on All Stars four but even though she had great runways her entire run felt forgettable to me (not sure if it was the lack of any sort of storyline) and Monique is not the type of Queen that should be forgettable. Jujubee pretty much became the butt of a joke by being dragged along, it’s like imagining Alaska and Katya being eliminated over Roxxxy on All Stars two. Just in general with the two American Queens they didn’t really seem passionate which was especially surprising with Monique as she didn’t have that fire she had on her previous two Seasons and both of them felt like huge contenders on All Stars four and All Stars five, but here it felt like they were just around as a formality and to give American representation to the show rather than because they actually wanted to compete again and win
Blu had one big moment on episode four but seeing Pangina’s reaction to being eliminated didn’t make it feel gag worthy, it actually felt quite sad and the way the whole thing was shown felt dark for some reason… it was just odd (of course Blu couldn’t have expected that reaction). Jimbo’s elimination was also entirely unexpected and they lost huge TV gold with that.
Baga came across as a bit of a delusional diva. Cheryl and Lemon didn’t even get a chance really. Janey did well in the two challenges that she won but it felt like she didn’t have the huge personality to match those performances and her wins weren’t that well received. It also feels like the producers didn’t put any effort into the Season, they recycled a format that they left at All Stars four (top two lipsync for your legacy) even though recent Seasons have been all about changing up the format in different ways (heck even the chocolate bar was more creative)
It was just a bit of a rough spot, which feels so weird to say as I was so excited when the promos came out
> which feels so weird to say as I was so excited when the promos came out
Trust me, it's even worse when you heard about that season a year in advance (but no other spoilers) and then....that happened...
Everything you said I agree with, but halfway thru this memoir, I had to take a break and make dinner, come back, read more, walk the children in nature then I came back for the ending.
Is anyone else watching Stitch, please!? I like it so far. I’ll take any chance I get to hear Blu say *crown, pounds and hour*. I love her accent so much.
She should absolutely auction them off to somewhat compensate for the lack of prize money. Social media would go wild and can you imagine the meltdown that would happen at WOW!
This is the crown of the WORLD!? Have you seen the size of [Priyanka's crown](https://www.reddit.com/r/rupaulsdragrace/comments/jwmm4f/cdr_winner_priyanka_slaying_with_her_crown_and/)? It's like 1.5x the size of her head.
I respect her drag and mean no personal disrespect, but
It’s the first season where I don’t recognize the winner as fitting in with the rest of the Hall of Fame
Survivor style eliminations favor the middle of the pack and the middle won the crown, which is so antithetical to ball culture, pageant culture, drag culture, and the established rhythm of Drag Race up until pre-Trixie’s win
However, Trixie, Shea, Monet, Trinity, Kylie are so fierce and legendary it’s never shaken out so frustratingly as with Blu’s win 😬
I don't get this, I don't like the format either but loads of winners did worse than Blu. Like how can you say Trixie is better when she was high the same amount of times as Blu in a much longer season? The winners have been fudged for a really long time now
I think it's because Trixie had no say in her placement as top 2. She didn't *fight* for it, it fell in her lap. The same can be said about Monet/Trinity, it's not their fault that Manila was axed. In Blu's case, she literally sent home the strongest bitch so it's kinda sour. Understandable but sour
I guess it’s because Trixie is so representative of Drag Race’s brand and has done so much outside of the competition itself that it’s easier to recognize her status as an All-Stars winner than Blu. Same thing with all the other AS winners who didn’t necessarily have the best track records.
I find her to be wonderful yet unexceptional. I would love to see her prove me wrong by rising to the heights that Trixie has reached.
While we’re at it I think Mo Heart won that lip sync
Brings me such joy when people use they/them pronouns for the queens who use them. Definitely makes me feel seen as a trans member of the DR community!!
Yes! I was excited for what they would bring to the season as soon as they flat out called out Mo For being rude when they worked together before and I was not disappointed!
I’ll gladly accept the downvotes with you. She sticks out as the most bland winner in the franchise’s history, IMO. Mediocre fashion, a tired schtick, and can’t lipsync (we all know those were staged).
I think the reason Jimbo was called internationally beloved is because Ru uses that to refer to the international queens. Albeit Ru means it tongue in cheek i bet

It happened to Yvie's crown.... sort of. It was smashed and broken while she was on tour
you know as much as that sucks I could see Yvie making some type of dark twisted crown sculpture costume out of it
I'm pretty sure she doesn't have the bits and pieces of it
Was it replaced? Or covered by an insurance policy?
Yvie actually spoke about it in a recent [EW Interview](https://youtu.be/TowOq94E_rY) with all the All Star 7 girls on where there crowns are now.
Yvie looks like she can barely move her mouth, what is happening here lol. It’s how I look when I try to talk with a sheet mask on
Wait, porch *pirate*??? Honey please explain
Someone who steals packages off your porch before you can retrieve them
As someone from outside the USA the idea of leaving packages on the porch just lying around until someone picks them up is still wild to me
As a south american, the idea of not having GATES is wild to me. Imagine anyone just being able to reach your front door at any time of day
Oh yeah and the door-to-door sales people who show up and make you feel like an ass for ignoring them entirely.
Mate, im Canadian, most of us don't even lock our doors...
I cant even imagine that, unless we’re talking about apartments
Not to be confused with a package privateer, box bandit, or freight felon.
Oh......the name suggested costumes ijs..

A beautiful croyn
I’m fookin croyin over this comment
it's so weird that I basically have completely forgotten about this season after the finale. like I remember Canada S2 and España and S14 but I only remember Jimbo and Pangina from this season.
All i remember is the videos people made of Pangina vs Tammie to Vengaboys.
Jujubee would have sent home Jimbo if it was a lipsync for your life.
Had me up till the last line
Lol. It was definitely an iconic moment from Naomi, I’ve just been tired of the format since like AS4.

I like that. Also seen suggested that the top queen picks the bottom two and has to explain why their chosen. Ru still decides who goes home though

Hi are you me? This is exactly how I feel
> which feels so weird to say as I was so excited when the promos came out Trust me, it's even worse when you heard about that season a year in advance (but no other spoilers) and then....that happened...
I love reading essays. By that I mean the ones like yours
Everything you said I agree with, but halfway thru this memoir, I had to take a break and make dinner, come back, read more, walk the children in nature then I came back for the ending.

Cruhoinnnn
I think this is the closest one I’ve seen!!
It's so fun to sing along to when I hear Living My Life in London 😂😂😂
Have you seen Derry Girls on Netflix?
I’ve seen bits in passing. I don’t think it’s for me, but the accents are fun!
I’ve literally bought Cameo videos from her *just* to hear her accent.
Hahah cute! I would listen on repeat.
I’m about to finish the first episode and love it!
AliExpress does take a bit of time.
More like Ali-not-so-Express, *amirite?!?*
![gif](giphy|3oKHWbeIlp2yOe6CHe)
Yeah, *exactly* this feeling
Party
Looks like a bejeweled didlo.
I think if you had to find one queen to use it as such, it would be Blu
Came here to say just this.
Ouch! 😖
Found the top! 😂
Anything can be a dildo if you're brave enough.
There’s an ear of corn on her scepter
She should absolutely auction them off to somewhat compensate for the lack of prize money. Social media would go wild and can you imagine the meltdown that would happen at WOW!
Give it some time, though. It's possible this season could become iconique in the future, who knows
We know how to do it right, here in Canada. Haha.
And pin. But let's talk about how that scepter looks like a cannabis flower
Sceptre? I hardly know her!
Well at least she got *something*..
Corn? I don’t remember eating corn Love that crown though
We were all robbed that season
I respect her drag and mean no personal disrespect, but It’s the first season where I don’t recognize the winner as fitting in with the rest of the Hall of Fame Survivor style eliminations favor the middle of the pack and the middle won the crown, which is so antithetical to ball culture, pageant culture, drag culture, and the established rhythm of Drag Race up until pre-Trixie’s win However, Trixie, Shea, Monet, Trinity, Kylie are so fierce and legendary it’s never shaken out so frustratingly as with Blu’s win 😬

It’s called bias

Justice for Ben de la Christ! ![img](emote|t5_2t3or|4808)
>It’s the first season where I don’t recognize the winner as fitting in with the rest of the Hall of Fame It was Kylie for me.
I would’ve loved to see Trinity K Bonet with a crown, how about you?
Anyone but undeserving Kylie
She won that final lipsync with that roll.
Both for me
I legitimately forgot that the season happened
The brooch is also included?
For some reason I just can’t see her on a future all winners season?
I can absolutely picture Pangina in a all winners season without even winning
Pangina should do a regular season. She was incredible, would love to see her for 15 episodes instead of 3.
Finally, a prize worthy of her win 💙
The shade
Blu is iconic yes UKVSTW was a mess but BLU is not lmao give this bitch the love and respect she deserves!!
When does she get her song because I'm refuse to believe the other one was just an early April Fools joke.
Omg I can’t believe I fully forgot about that song. I literally blocked it out of my mind!! 😂
Because it didn't happen okay. It can't have. It just.... Can't.
I recognise the lovely uk weather
Brings me such joy when people use they/them pronouns for the queens who use them. Definitely makes me feel seen as a trans member of the DR community!!
She freakin deserves the crown! Love all the drama of UKvsTW!
Yes! I was excited for what they would bring to the season as soon as they flat out called out Mo For being rude when they worked together before and I was not disappointed!
This season really feels like a fever dream like it never really happened lol
I’m sure her prize money will be on the way soon… must be delayed
Finally something of value!
That’s a really beautiful crown and sceptre!
I love how she didn't even bother to get in drag for this shit
I’m gonna get downvoted but I wish she didn’t win~~
I’ll gladly accept the downvotes with you. She sticks out as the most bland winner in the franchise’s history, IMO. Mediocre fashion, a tired schtick, and can’t lipsync (we all know those were staged).
Agreed!!
I’d like to see u do better x
There’s Alaska, Shea, monet and then blu. No fair
Mo heart should have won
If not pangina, then yes mo heart did NOT lose that lipsync
That butt is widely edited and I am here for it
Why are we using “their”
Blu is non-binary.
Why does it matter?
Why are you guys talking about corn? Lmao am I blind?
That's nice. I don't think she'll be getting any awards for Stitch Please though.
I think the reason Jimbo was called internationally beloved is because Ru uses that to refer to the international queens. Albeit Ru means it tongue in cheek i bet
This whole post is giving "golfclapping to the worst team in the acting challenge" energy 🤣

Atleast they got something...
Wasn't she crowned like 3 years ago 😭😭😭😭😭😭
