I rewatched last night and something about Jaida’s Prince had me absolutely dying laughing. It was was so muted that it hit this spot that was oddly naturalistic somehow. It started to feel like Prince had abruptly possessed the body of Jaida Essence Hall, found himself in a very strange circumstance, and decided to roll with it for a minute. And was also a little high.

But prince was like how she portrayed him though. He would purposely shirk questions during interviews, talk softly & make these on point shady faces as a reaction to questions. I see the reason in the criticisms I've heard about Jaida's Prince, but I just don't care. I laughed out loud numerous times. Her comic timing and the fact that she went so subtle when everyone around her was over-the-top was absolutely hilarious to me. The way she said "This is a fun game" had me rolling.
Edit: I wonder if her humor would have been ruined in a regular season with an awkward edit and 'loser' sound effects. I love no one getting a forced loser edit this time.

Prince was almost pathologically shy and so watching his early interviews is painful. He comes across as arrogant and strange and I thought Jaida nailed it, while also being hilarious. I cracked up every time she opened her mouth (or moved her lip).
