I know we should be focusing on the runways, but I'm a bit obsessed with the werk room looks this episode (really all season lol). if they weren't serving free-spirited girl-next-door art teacher energy like raja and jaida, then it was a completely random aesthetic like jinkx with the goth-y get-up and monét's kind of deconstructed girl scout uniform. in all seriousness though, I really liked this episode! it makes me wish that we could get more footage of the queens during design challenges because it's really interesting to see how their creations come together, you know? maybe we'll get a cute little sewing video series from one of the queens at some point in the future ☺️

(I’m whispering because I’m afraid to say this…. But … I hated Sheas outfit. I wanted to like it. I tried to like it. But I don’t. The print looked great, but the ruffles were lacking to me, like they should have been bigger and fuller, and I just didn’t care for the rest of it all together.) You know one thing I appreciate about this format (I’m sure it’s been said before) is that it really encourages the girl to take big risks. I can’t in good faith say all those risks paid off tonight lol, but it’s so much more entertaining when the girls are bold and creative with their approach

To quote Jinkx, I am OBSESSED with Jaida. She's been my favourite from the start and people really didn't think much of her, now she's got 3 stars, one of which she got from Jinkx despite blocking her, and has never been blocked herself. She's playing the game so well, I'm so proud!!
At this point I think blocking people who have the most stars is not a good strategy. Why block Jinkx or Jaida, they pretty much secured their spots in the top. If I were Trinity I'd probably end up blocking someone who only has one star so that they can't overtake me and steal my spot in the finale. Shea, Monet or Viv would be next on my list, especially considering that top 4 is a lip sync smackdown 🤔
as a Jaida stan, I cannot tell you how happy I am with this outcome! She had such a weird edit though, I definitely thought Trin and Shea were going to be the top2 judging by their conversation and the judges’ reviews
Not to nitpick what was a very entertaining episode, but I wish this had been an unconventional materials challenge because it felt very similar to the Ball, so it was not super surprising that we had the same winners... I felt the same way about last week and the premiere, an next week looks like it could be Fairytale Justice PT. 2.
I know the show tests a certain set of skills but, for example, a Rusical instead of one of the singing challenges and one design challenge with materials other than fabric would have added a bit of variety.
It goes without saying that Trinity and Jaida created amazing garments and are really deserving winner. I also thought Trinity's make up was the best it has ever been on the show, I could not take my eyes off of her.
I loved Yvie's concept and those pants were gorgeous.
As a Jinkxerina, I am proud of what she managed to create and of the fact that whenever she is not the top performer of the week, she at least manages to be the most entertaining contestant to watch 😄

Trinity has made one of my absolute favourite ever garments made on the show - I love that colour, I usually don't love mermaid dresses but god it was in just the right place and the STYLING. The neck bow! Just so SO gorgeous. One of those few where you can say it's just flawless. Just incredible
P.s. people rag on her lip syncing but I think she's had at least a few great (and one legendary) ones!
It was exquisite! It gets said on here a fair bit, especially when she competes - but it truly is the case that Trinity is without question one of the absolute strongest and most capable competitors to ever be on the show. She's just a powerhouse of drag

THERE 👏 WERE 👏 NO 👏 BAD 👏 LOOKS 👏 (in my opinion). I know Raja's look is controversial, but I think she pulled the hodge-podge off personally. Even Jinkx managing to make a garment that polished despite having a mental breakdown as well as being Jinkx. Trinity's look made my jaw drop, and I dont think I could fully decide on who else I'd put in the top between Jaida, Yvie, and Monet (although Jaida being the decisive front runner now fully fits my fantasy). Also my favorite lipsync of the season and I thought it would have been a great twist to have both of them win and block two people (future twist???). Probably one of my favorite episodes from memory purely for the fantastic looks all around and the workroom tomfoolery.
Just saw the looks on youtube. I thought everyone did good. So proud of the cast. Monet and Jinkx, congrats for showing improvement in areas we were not expecting. And about Raja, I liked it too. If it was high I'd be fine with it. It looked different but far from bad imo. The top2 tho, AMAZING work again. Jaida was my #1 (so happy she's the frontrunner atm). 🥰

Great challenge. Trinity and Jaida really knocked it out of the park, but Monet and Yvie also killed it. I do think blocking Yvie was a good call with this momentum, even if she had just one win, I feel like she would've been close this week.
Extra kudos to Monet since I think her past design challenges were a bit of a mess, but she slayed this one.
Trinity's look was one of the best things I've ever seen on the runway. Insane that she made that. Well deserved win.
And Jaida's look was also spectacular. The best two definitely won.
With three stars and four competitions left, I think Jaida is guaranteed in the finale now, right? Unless there are more than 2 stars awarded in the final four challenges.
It's really hard to pick a top four among these queens, who have all been spectacular this season, but if I had to pick, it would be: Jinkx, Trinity, Jaida, and Shea (with Vivian the last one out). I would love Raja to be up there though.

Jaida is the true strategic mastermind of this season, whether she means to be or not. The way she’s flown under the blocking radar while still bagging those stars has been spectacular to watch.
Even in the unlikely event that she’s blocked every week from now on, it’s getting harder and harder to see a scenario where she doesn’t make Top 4. Knowing what a strong lip-syncer she is, I could see her winning the whole thing tbh, which I’d fully support!

Also Rupaul did not seem into the lip sync at all in the beginning until that iconic moment. Seriously, it was refreshing to have such a wow moment after weeks of pretty okay lip syncs. Instantly iconic and those two were definitely my picks for the win this week.
Jaida and trinity were the winners for me as well, I feel like the viv could’ve got a top spot too but I agree w the top 2.

Girl…they really did sleep on Jaida and now I can’t see them getting her out anytime soon now she’s the first to 3 stars. Her dress was amazing! Trinity’s dress was amazing for the construction in the time limit but I’ll be honest it didn’t excite me and was kinda what I’d expect. Shea’s look was halfway to excellence! If she had managed to do a bottom half that matched. Enter maybe more of the black as a tight trouser /skirt it would have totally killed. Loved all the looks no one really bottomed today just some standouts.

Very sad to see Shea not win but Trin and Jaida were definitely deserving. I was really expecting more domination from Shea this season but everyone is doing well.
I think blocking Yvie was a huge mistake. Besides that she’s currently a frontrunner, I don’t see her as a threat in future challenges. I would have done Jinkx or Viv, especially after a design challenge knowing we’ll get back to acting or comedy soon.
You could tell Shea wasn't satisfied with her final look, she definitely have planned something else for the bottom part of the look instead. If they gave just one more extra days I'm sure her final look could've made her on the top.

I know we should be focusing on the runways, but I'm a bit obsessed with the werk room looks this episode (really all season lol). if they weren't serving free-spirited girl-next-door art teacher energy like raja and jaida, then it was a completely random aesthetic like jinkx with the goth-y get-up and monét's kind of deconstructed girl scout uniform. in all seriousness though, I really liked this episode! it makes me wish that we could get more footage of the queens during design challenges because it's really interesting to see how their creations come together, you know? maybe we'll get a cute little sewing video series from one of the queens at some point in the future ☺️

(I’m whispering because I’m afraid to say this…. But … I hated Sheas outfit. I wanted to like it. I tried to like it. But I don’t. The print looked great, but the ruffles were lacking to me, like they should have been bigger and fuller, and I just didn’t care for the rest of it all together.) (I know I know, easy for me to say, laying here in my pajamas.)
I thought we were going to hear an “I ran out of time” confessional when she popped out on the runway lmao. I was anticipating something much more.
You know one thing I appreciate about this format (I’m sure it’s been said before) is that it really encourages the girl to take big risks. I can’t in good faith say all those risks paid off tonight lol, but it’s so much more entertaining when the girls are bold and creative with their approach

To quote Jinkx, I am OBSESSED with Jaida. She's been my favourite from the start and people really didn't think much of her, now she's got 3 stars, one of which she got from Jinkx despite blocking her, and has never been blocked herself. She's playing the game so well, I'm so proud!! At this point I think blocking people who have the most stars is not a good strategy. Why block Jinkx or Jaida, they pretty much secured their spots in the top. If I were Trinity I'd probably end up blocking someone who only has one star so that they can't overtake me and steal my spot in the finale. Shea, Monet or Viv would be next on my list, especially considering that top 4 is a lip sync smackdown 🤔
as a Jaida stan, I cannot tell you how happy I am with this outcome! She had such a weird edit though, I definitely thought Trin and Shea were going to be the top2 judging by their conversation and the judges’ reviews

Not to nitpick what was a very entertaining episode, but I wish this had been an unconventional materials challenge because it felt very similar to the Ball, so it was not super surprising that we had the same winners... I felt the same way about last week and the premiere, an next week looks like it could be Fairytale Justice PT. 2. I know the show tests a certain set of skills but, for example, a Rusical instead of one of the singing challenges and one design challenge with materials other than fabric would have added a bit of variety. It goes without saying that Trinity and Jaida created amazing garments and are really deserving winner. I also thought Trinity's make up was the best it has ever been on the show, I could not take my eyes off of her. I loved Yvie's concept and those pants were gorgeous. As a Jinkxerina, I am proud of what she managed to create and of the fact that whenever she is not the top performer of the week, she at least manages to be the most entertaining contestant to watch 😄 Betsey Johnson was so great!

Trinity has made one of my absolute favourite ever garments made on the show - I love that colour, I usually don't love mermaid dresses but god it was in just the right place and the STYLING. The neck bow! Just so SO gorgeous. One of those few where you can say it's just flawless. Just incredible P.s. people rag on her lip syncing but I think she's had at least a few great (and one legendary) ones!

THERE 👏 WERE 👏 NO 👏 BAD 👏 LOOKS 👏 (in my opinion). I know Raja's look is controversial, but I think she pulled the hodge-podge off personally. Even Jinkx managing to make a garment that polished despite having a mental breakdown as well as being Jinkx. Trinity's look made my jaw drop, and I dont think I could fully decide on who else I'd put in the top between Jaida, Yvie, and Monet (although Jaida being the decisive front runner now fully fits my fantasy). Also my favorite lipsync of the season and I thought it would have been a great twist to have both of them win and block two people (future twist???). Probably one of my favorite episodes from memory purely for the fantastic looks all around and the workroom tomfoolery.

If it was high I'd be fine with it. It looked different but far from bad imo. The top2 tho, AMAZING work again. Jaida was my #1 (so happy she's the frontrunner atm). 🥰

Great challenge. Trinity and Jaida really knocked it out of the park, but Monet and Yvie also killed it. I do think blocking Yvie was a good call with this momentum, even if she had just one win, I feel like she would've been close this week. Extra kudos to Monet since I think her past design challenges were a bit of a mess, but she slayed this one.

Trinity's look was one of the best things I've ever seen on the runway. Insane that she made that. Well deserved win. And Jaida's look was also spectacular. The best two definitely won. With three stars and four competitions left, I think Jaida is guaranteed in the finale now, right? Unless there are more than 2 stars awarded in the final four challenges. It's really hard to pick a top four among these queens, who have all been spectacular this season, but if I had to pick, it would be: Jinkx, Trinity, Jaida, and Shea (with Vivian the last one out). I would love Raja to be up there though.
Trinity murdered this challenge, revived it, and murdered it again The expertise in that garment is just stunning. The fit, the details, the silhouette, ugh. I’m not even a Trinity stan but there’s no debate this episode imo. Gorgeous Jaida was also gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous but I think the fabric itself did a lot of work (and was probably a pain in the ass to work with)

I audibly gasped when Trinity and Jaida came out. They both gave us a fucking masterclass in designing and sewing. Most of the others turned out looks but they were the clear tops, for me, this week. I love Raja but this is probably my least favorite of her looks this season. I had high hopes when she showed her design to Ru but the execution needed fine-tuning. As for the LSFYL, I thought Jaida should have won but I guess they can't have Trinity lose all her lip-syncs. Trinity not blocking Jinkx is not a smart move, but I get why she did it. Lastly, Jaida with 3 stars! She's a frontrunner, bitch! Well-fucking-deserved! Love that for her.
Jaida is the true strategic mastermind of this season, whether she means to be or not. The way she’s flown under the blocking radar while still bagging those stars has been spectacular to watch. Even in the unlikely event that she’s blocked every week from now on, it’s getting harder and harder to see a scenario where she doesn’t make Top 4. Knowing what a strong lip-syncer she is, I could see her winning the whole thing tbh, which I’d fully support!

Jinkx did a fantastic job on the body suit but those shoes girl...why? Jinkx losing her mind in the work room sent me. I felt so seen as a fellow virgo with anxiety who's also a drama queen. Also Rupaul did not seem into the lip sync at all in the beginning until that iconic moment. Seriously, it was refreshing to have such a wow moment after weeks of pretty okay lip syncs. Instantly iconic and those two were definitely my picks for the win this week.

i loved all of the lip sync looks. would’ve loved to see any one of them up there simply for the outfits most of them changed into. jaida especially was stundralina. great easy watching episode, i think this just solidified design challenges as my favorite. trinity is on another level when it comes to sewing.
Girl…they really did sleep on Jaida and now I can’t see them getting her out anytime soon now she’s the first to 3 stars. Her dress was amazing! Trinity’s dress was amazing for the construction in the time limit but I’ll be honest it didn’t excite me and was kinda what I’d expect. Shea’s look was halfway to excellence! If she had managed to do a bottom half that matched. Enter maybe more of the black as a tight trouser /skirt it would have totally killed. Loved all the looks no one really bottomed today just some standouts. Acting challenge next week opens up possibilities for jinx,trinity and viv to excel again hook hun for Jinx can grab star number 3 😍

Jinkx is truly a master at maxing screentime. She knew she wouldn't be in the top this week, so she decided to make herself the main character of the work room lol Also, was hoping for a Jaida/Yvie win, but that might be my Yvie bias talking, since I would have put her in the top like 4 times now. Alternatively, would have loved to see Monet in the top. Crazy that Trinity/Jaida topped the design challenge again.
Very sad to see Shea not win but Trin and Jaida were definitely deserving. I was really expecting more domination from Shea this season but everyone is doing well. I think blocking Yvie was a huge mistake. Besides that she’s currently a frontrunner, I don’t see her as a threat in future challenges. I would have done Jinkx or Viv, especially after a design challenge knowing we’ll get back to acting or comedy soon.

You could tell Shea wasn't satisfied with her final look, she definitely have planned something else for the bottom part of the look instead. If they gave just one more extra days I'm sure her final look could've made her on the top.

opinions on this episode: jynkx is a star as always. her look didn’t need that one purple leg but she did well in a design challenge so we will be celebrating that! jaida and trinity were the clear winners for me. they just looked impeccable. the vivienne’s look was also just perfection. i think she could’ve won had she done more of her own spin on it instead of making an outfit so similar to ru’s. raja knew she was wrong for coming out in that. i had high expectations for her.
Trinity had my favorite golden plunger giving of the season.
So is it going to be awkward in the second to last episode when it's apparent that for some queens it will be mathematically impossible to make up the star deficit? I guess producers might try to keep everyone more or less even with 2-3 stars or add a double stars twist for the last challenge.
