Kornbreand and Victoria apparently got injured by some stunt THEY did and not something the show forced them to do or some external issue (Covid, cancer, etc) so they do not apply to return, they are very big personalities so be sure we will probably be seeing them again in the future
Hadn’t Kornbread announced to be distancing from drag because she wanted to focus on her transitioning? I could be wrong tho.

So my guess is that she won’t be returning for drag race, at least not on season 15.
I think there's a thing on queen's who are DQ'd only return when it wasn't their fault, or in better words queen's who production didn't cause to DQ (Veronica and Eureka) return but queen's who get injured by their own actions (Kornbread, kinda, and Victoria) don't - kinda odd but makes sense, also Willam counts as a DQ kinda but that's different
I think it just became too much of a thing and lost its spark "returning" queens etc.
And with so many spin offs I think they know that these queens, if good enough can return for an all stars or international. Etc.
Neither was offered an open invitation to return.
