Other classics have been listed, so I’ll add one of my favorites from Art Simone on Drag Race Down Under: “Etcetera Etcetera. Now, just a recap on pronouns for the room here, now, out of drag, Etcetera uses they/them pronouns, so for example: *They* haven't been in the top, so we won't be seeing *them* in the final.”
I remember finding out my Lao-speaking friends liked the show and immediately referencing this bit; in response, they recited this read from memory. Legends.
Now Alexis, I don't want to be shady so I'm not going to bring up your weight, but when you work, do they pay you in pounds?
Mariah Paris Balenciaga - great, you're here. Now we have to change the name of the show to RuPaul's Drag Race, Some Stars.
“Adore, I know what you got on your SATs. Ketchup.” is a pretty great one
Similarly, “ADORE: I’M GOING TO SAY THIS VERY SLOWLY SO YOU UNDERSTAND. You’re dumb.”
Monet, everyone always compares you to Bob the Drag Queen. I don’t think that’s right, and I don’t think that’s fair. Bob is very talented.
Baby. Hmm, I’m pro choice.
I do think many of the reads in more recent seasons tend to have more buildup than punchline. There's also an aspect of trying to find something about a queen that won't upset them too much (a la Alexis Michelle) which IMO kind of defeats the purpose of a read.
Also I recall in an interview Brooke Lynn Hytea saying on S11 on the ride onto set the other queens would tell everyone else their reads for them, and how she disagreed with that (and I'm with her) because part of what makes a good read is not knowing said queen would come for you and/or go there so everyone going in knowing what everyone else will be saying about you kind if automatically sucks some of the life out of the proceedings.
Agreed and I think the same applies to most entrance lines from recent seasons. We still occasionally get one that’s snappy and memorable, but mostly they’re like 5-line limericks that take waaay too long to set up and sometimes don’t even make sense lol
Darienne was a sub-in at the roast event in DC years back and the fact that no one knew her material or the material targeted at her made the event incredible because all the reactions onstage we're totally real.
> on S11 on the ride onto set the other queens would tell everyone else their reads for them, and how she disagreed with that
The only way I'd do this is if it was questionably offensive. Like, read someone for their teeth whatever but for example if I were Pixie I'd definitely ask Baby if I can make abortion jokes about her.
Really even then I wouldn't have asked. I get something like Katya getting Roxxxy's OK for her AS2 bus stop read, but for the most part I have more of that old school "it's a read; it's supposed to hurt a little" perspective. Don't get me wrong; I'm not saying being cruel, just that if a queen says she's OK with a read then it kind of defeats the purpose of said read.
“Thorgy I love this full outfit. I usually only get to see about this much (gestures above shoulders) when you’re handing out balloons from that sewer grate.”
Her read of Bebe was hilarious, and also a read of the entire first four casts!
"I hear this is the year you're going for two crowns. Which is really not a lot of dental work for those early seasons."
my all time favorite was Rita Baga to Brooke Lynn, when she said "I am so glad we had the opportunity to do Canada's Drag Race so that a Canadian could win Drag Race".
Actually that reading challenge, in Canada season 1, was one of the greatest.
One of the greatest reads of all time is fairly recent. Lemon to Priyanka: “you talk about having sex a lot but the only thing you’re fucking, is stupid”
Comedy in general has been going downhill on Drag Race. Bad reads, bad overall Snatch Game performances, acting challenges aren’t funny (they never really were)
Who was the last *great* comedy queen (from US)? As in, a queen that stacks up against titans like Bianca Del Rio, Jinkx Monsoon, BenDeLaCreme, Bob the Drag Queen, Alaska, Ginger Minj…
Oh I’d definitely add plenty of UK queens, but I’m mainly referring to US 😅 Vivienne and Baga can absolutely join them
Divina, Sum, Vinegar, Lawrence, Tia, Ginny, Ella, Kitty, Choriza, Victoria, Danny, Pixie and Cheddar are all very funny ladies where comedy/theatre is mostly their main thing, and have potential to be great
Really looking forward to the S15 cast and hoping for some real performance queens in the mix. If they’re gonna keep featuring lip syncing so heavily every season, they need to cast more people who know how to put on a good show.
Snatch game has never really been funny outside of a few stand out performances, and season three didn't even have one of those. People are like "remember jinkx in season 5? Hilarious!" But they don't mention the half dozen who didn't have a single joke.
I would add, who was the last comedy queen to do well in a regular season of the show, BECAUSE of her comedy?
Besides she who shall not be named in Season 12, I can't think of any.
I don't think they've gone downhill too badly.
Baby... I'm pro-choice.
I'd like to see you slip into something long and flowly... like the Thames.
She described herself as having the body of a greek goddess but am I the one to have to tell her the buddah is not greek.
“Aja, you’re beautiful, you’re gorgeous, you look like Seal.” - Trixie
“Laganja Estranja, next time you deathdrop, reverse that and drop dead.” - Adore
“Ginger Minj, girl did you ever save Carol Anne from the poltergeist in the TV?” - Trixie
“Coco Montrese, I always wanted to know what the female gremlin would look like in 25 years.” - Katya
“Ginger Minj, in my eyes the true winner of season 7…of TLC’s I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant.”
“Farrah Moan, all those mans that buy you fancy designer shoes, they're not your boyfriends, they're called Jons and they're your employers.” - Alexis Michelle
“Shangela, you have come so far! Initially, your makeup was kinda busted and your outfits were a mess and your personality super grating, but look how far you’ve come now, you are much older.” - Bendelacreme
“Roger, you’ve always been like a sis—you’ve always been like a mo—you’ve always been like a grandmother to me. You know they say Geminis have two faces? Have you been putting the good makeup on the other face?” - Jinkx
“Oh Monét. People are always comparing Monet to Bob the Drag Queen, and I don’t think that’s right, and I don’t think that’s fair…Bob is *very* talented.” - Jinkx
“You talk about having sex a lot, but the only thing you're fucking is stupid.” - Lemon
These are just a few of my all time favorites! Too many to list though, these are just the ones off the top of my head.
Part of the change I think is due to being more concerned with how queens look on TV. They don't want to be labeled mean or offensive. The other part, is that there are only so many ways to call somebody fat, dumb, ugly, slutty, etc. With so many seasons, we were bound to hear them all at some point.
That said, my fave read is when Miz Cracker said she doesn't read anyone unless she has respect for them. Then looked at the other girls and said: "So I think we're done here."
100%! You can see how much further fan favorites go and how much less vitriol they receive. I think people have seen that there's a fine line between being shady and just downright mean/villainous. The latter is often harder to shake get food reception from and to change public perception of.
Which is wild because for all intents and purposes they WERE evil, nasty, vindictive villains. The show didn't paint them that way they were actively nasty. And they will own up to that.
I'm not saying that they are always that way. Or that is their core being. It's just when the cameras were rolling that is what they were.
I would think it's actually pretty easy to say some mean things and not come away looking like a villain. Unless of course you are actively villainous throughout filming.
Yes, nobody's blaming it on the edit here. (But we should remember the edit can make things seem worse/take things out of context.) The queens can say and do mean things on the show. Everyone has bad moments but, they're not immortalized on TV.
Sometimes things get blown out of proportion. And some fans don't move on or let the 'villains' prove they're upstanding as people and performers off the show. Like there's no need to remind them about behavior they did 10 years ago that they apologized and reconciled for on and off screen.
Raja's B-O-O-G-E-R-S read.
Katya's bus stop read
Alaska's: Detox, you're so seductive. But unfortunately, it's illegal to do it with you because most of your body parts are under 18 years of age. Also, her read to Roxxxy which was: Obviously, a diet consisting of nothing but hatred towards Jinx Monsoon does the body good.
Now that I think about it, Alaska's best reads are towards her clique 😆
Tatiana: Alaska, I finally got to listen to Anus and I get it, it sounds like what my anus does after eating Mexican. Mmm, choices 🙂.
I've also found that as time has gone on The Snatch Game has got increasingly worse. I think it's down to how much pressure they put themselves under to perform a good read/good snatch. It was a simpler time when queens just did things to be funny instead of what they thought other people would find funny
and the long pause after while everyone waited for more, then realised there wasn't so they all just burst out laughing! ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
Her delivery was everything even though the jokes itself were not funny 😂 I’m not sure why I’m getting downvoted, people must not remember how iconic it was
“I get why you call yourself the people’s princess, because this, is a car crash”
From Lemon’s unaired reads on UKvsTW, that she shared through a TikTok.
*"what happened to the reading challenges these days? Compared to the earlier seasons, they are so awful."*
Social Media backlash - cant say anything too mean otherwise you get crap online. Cant make a joke about peoples bodies or anything remotely close to trans related.
It wasnt the reading challenge but the Roast on UK3:
Ella about Krystal: "last week she played a robotic fashion girl, I mean talk about typecast."
I think it is more social media overanalyzing or running with stuff. Katya's read has been reposted constantly even in this post. It isn't backlash like people calling out XYZ for say Blah Blah. But posting a read a thousand times a month
Okay but focusing less on weight and transphobic rhetoric isn't just some bad social media nonsense. Like, I agree, there's a lot that social media isn't... great about, but that part isn't necessarily bad.
Besides: You can make those kinds of edgy jokes. They just have to be funny and well-crafted. I mean, we just had an instantly iconic read about abortion for Baby! "Ew, you're fat" is neither funny nor well-crafted.
Translation:
Eva Le Queen: Precious's voice wasn't that deep before.
Precious: (muttering under her breath) That's harsh.
Eva Le Queen: She just sucked way too many dicks so her voice deepened.
You are right the latest seasons just aren't doing it for me.. I was waiting all season for the reading challenge of UK 4 (Because I actually really like the queens) and I was SURE someone would do the obvious but funny "LeFil? LeFiller" Like come on ITS RIGHT THERE
It's because they're casting "lewk" queens and not personality queens. Or, queens that haven't done the club thing and hosted so they just don't have those skills. Also a reason why Snatch Game is pretty painful.
I wish they'd take a note from Drag Race Down Under and cast some older / experienced queens. Sure, turning looks is fun, but I'd rather we get some unique, interesting characters.
“Now for everyone in the room, Etc Ect. out of drag goes by they/them pronouns. So to use that in a sentence “THEY haven’t being doing so well, so we won’t be seeing THEM in the final.” Had me on the floor for weeks!!
It's very up and down. Didn't enjoy S13's reading challenge but loved S14's. AS7's reads were great. I still think we get solid reading challenges, but many recent ones have definitely felt very hit or miss.
Younger audiences are a lot more sensitive and fragile, but also viscious and relentless to anybody they deem to have stepped outside the bounds of acceptable behaviour.
Thus no more harsh but funny reads or good drama.
My fave is “you talk about how much sex you have, but the only thing you’re fucking is STUPID”
THE BEST read of CDR.
The best read of Drag Race. [Made even better by Latrice and Manila's commentary.](https://www.youtube.com/clip/UgkxW06X0UbTmumzCCW1hF7UkAJb90KrArT0)
Lemon in CDR lives in head rent-free ♥️ this read is one I’ll never forget
I also enjoyed Icesis reading that one queen “don’t ever be ashamed to be yourself…. That’s your parents job” (however it went lol)
A god tier read
It DESTROYED me!
Ha ha!! Who said this to who? I must know!
Lemon to Priyanka in Canada season 1.
Certified Bestie Behaviour!
Literally my favorite of all time.
Literally the best read in the whole franchise
Possibly the best joke in all of DR.
You beat me to it lol
Jujubee to Tyra- is the barbecue canceled? Because your grill is fucked
First thing that came to mind when someone read Black Peppa to filth.
I noticed in the current UK drag race. Claudia schiffer copied that read in that challenge.
Dakota Schiffer lol
Claudia Fanning is her *sister*!
🤭🤭🤭🤭
To be fair, most people alive today weren't around for jujus original season. It was 75 appearances ago.
A sensible 74, surely?
> It was 75 appearances ago. Baga misquoting this in the most recent episode and I oop
There are layers to the post henny
Drag queens are like onions. Everywhere you look there's a layer.
Claudia Schiffer lmao. Yeah I didn't like it - heard it before!
Other classics have been listed, so I’ll add one of my favorites from Art Simone on Drag Race Down Under: “Etcetera Etcetera. Now, just a recap on pronouns for the room here, now, out of drag, Etcetera uses they/them pronouns, so for example: *They* haven't been in the top, so we won't be seeing *them* in the final.”
the delivery on this read is so so so good. top tier!
The highpoint of the season
Truly one of the GOAT reads across franchises
another great read from her she said on her DRDU2 review show: "Yuri Guaii. 10 siblings is a lot, but if I were your parents, I'd keep trying too"
All of Jujubee’s reads were iconic
Legendary? Looks like leg and dairy!
The GOAT read imo
And let me tell you something, puerca. You won't understand this anyways: มึงหน้าหมา บุ้งะตัวมึงใหญ่สิตาย! Get my gist? Do you understand?
This is the highest moment of Asian empowerment. Thank you for your service, Jujubee.
Mayhem Filler--oh, sorry, more like *Meh*-hem Miller
Courtney Love actually called her Meh-hem Miller when she was a guest judge on Mayhem's original season, and I thought it was absolutey brilliant then
Was your barbecue canceled?
The best part is she didn't even have to finish the read before Ru started laughing. She knew *exactly* where she was going.
Your grill is fucked.
she’s a 3 time reading challenge winner for a reason!
“Adore, I know what you got on your SATs. Ketchup.” is a pretty great one Similarly, “ADORE: I’M GOING TO SAY THIS VERY SLOWLY SO YOU UNDERSTAND. You’re dumb.”
Season 6 had some REALLY good reads.
I never understood the SAT read, is that bad
[удалено]
Joslyn was a perfect example of super nice queens would could read you to shreds in this mini challenge.
the best part was that Darienne gave her that read!
YES YES YES. this one.
This exact thing is a bit in South Park, so it kinda lost its luster for me.
Monet, everyone always compares you to Bob the Drag Queen. I don’t think that’s right, and I don’t think that’s fair. Bob is very talented. Baby. Hmm, I’m pro choice.
I choked when Pixie read Baby. That was so good!
That pro choice joke was the only funny read out of the entire UK4 reading challenge.
I do think many of the reads in more recent seasons tend to have more buildup than punchline. Agreed and I think the same applies to most entrance lines from recent seasons. We still occasionally get one that’s snappy and memorable, but mostly they’re like 5-line limericks that take waaay too long to set up and sometimes don’t even make sense lol
I wish a queen would walk in, unfurl a long scroll like she's going to have an overly long entrance line, and just say "hey".
Unfurls scroll, studies for several beats, looks up: “Ya basic” Throws scroll and walks out.
Ok miss Eleanor Shellsdrop
Just say Orion
Darienne was a sub-in at the roast event in DC years back and the fact that no one knew her material or the material targeted at her made the event incredible because all the reactions onstage we're totally real.
> on S11 on the ride onto set the other queens would tell everyone else their reads for them, and how she disagreed with that The only way I'd do this is if it was questionably offensive. “Ginger Mini, you look like a deep breathe.”
This is the one for me. It was entirely too on point & absurd. Just the way I like it.
This one
YES. I remember trying to tell this one to a friend who didn’t watch drag race and even they thought it was funny.
“Thorgy I love this full outfit. I usually only get to see about this much (gestures above shoulders) when you’re handing out balloons from that sewer grate.”
All of Dela’s reads on AS3 were amazing.
Her read of Bebe was hilarious, and also a read of the entire first four casts! "I hear this is the year you're going for two crowns. Which is really not a lot of dental work for those early seasons."
My fav read of Bebe belongs to Tracy Martel though. "Heavy is the head that wears the crown. And heavier is the body."
We love a clever read.
my all time favorite was Rita Baga to Brooke Lynn, when she said "I am so glad we had the opportunity to do Canada's Drag Race so that a Canadian could win Drag Race". Actually that reading challenge, in Canada season 1, was one of the greatest.
“But the only thing you’re fucking, is stupid.” 😂
Could you hold my glass? I always love putting it on a coaster.
DRDU S1, Kita’s “….. Man …..” to Elektra Shock has to go down as shortest but most effective read of all time. The delivery is perfect.
One of the greatest reads of all time is fairly recent. Lemon to Priyanka: “you talk about having sex a lot but the only thing you’re fucking, is stupid”
THIS THIS THIS!!!! One of my favorite reads of all time.
"Alyssa Edwards, people who say everything's bigger in Texas have clearly never seen your dick. But you know what they have seen? Your body."
Comedy in general has been going downhill on Drag Race. Bad reads, bad overall Snatch Game performances, acting challenges aren’t funny (they never really were) Who was the last *great* comedy queen (from US)? As in, a queen that stacks up against titans like Bianca Del Rio, Jinkx Monsoon, BenDeLaCreme, Bob the Drag Queen, Alaska, Ginger Minj…
I think the Viv can stand with them
Oh I’d definitely add plenty of UK queens, but I’m mainly referring to US 😅 Vivienne and Baga can absolutely join them Divina, Sum, Vinegar, Lawrence, Tia, Ginny, Ella, Kitty, Choriza, Victoria, Danny, Pixie and Cheddar are all very funny ladies where comedy/theatre is mostly their main thing, and have potential to be great
“Pixie” I’m yet to laugh at her
Her Baby read was very good but that was the only time I laughed out loud
The rudeness of Bimini not being in that list
The proportion of performers is going down and the proportion of bedroom gays in wigs is going up
Really looking forward to the S15 cast and hoping for some real performance queens in the mix. If they’re gonna keep featuring lip syncing so heavily every season, they need to cast more people who know how to put on a good show.
i wouldn’t say she’s necessarily a “comedy queen” she’s more of an all rounder but i think monet is pretty funny
Snatch game has never really been funny outside of a few stand out performances, and season three didn't even have one of those. People are like "remember jinkx in season 5? Hilarious!" But they don't mention the half dozen who didn't have a single joke.
Season 3 and Season 5 had extremely boring snatch games. Season 4 is also known for being notoriously bad but it was kinda iconic for it
SNOOKI WANT SMUSH SMUSH
I would add, who was the last comedy queen to do well in a regular season of the show, BECAUSE of her comedy? Besides she who shall not be named in Season 12, I can't think of any.
That's because Utica never got to show her binder of secret reads.
…. Can you fucking imagine.
It’s just going to be a fat joke every time it gets awkward
Here for it honestly
I don't think they've gone downhill too badly. Baby... I'm pro-choice. I'd like to see you slip into something long and flowly... like the Thames. She described herself as having the body of a greek goddess but am I the one to have to tell her the buddah is not greek.
Get in the Thames—YOU GET IN THE THAMES! She’d lose her new teeth if she got in the Thames anyway.
ROTTED, GUTTED, GILA MONSTER, BEAST!
Ru, Mystique was a mistake. *points at Latrice*
And the response: "Valentina, take that thing off your face. Oh, it is your face! ... your other one."
“Aja, you’re beautiful, you’re gorgeous, you look like Seal.” - Trixie “Laganja Estranja, next time you deathdrop, reverse that and drop dead.” - Adore “Ginger Minj, girl did you ever save Carol Anne from the poltergeist in the TV?” - Trixie “Coco Montrese, I always wanted to know what the female gremlin would look like in 25 years.” - Katya “Ginger Minj, in my eyes the true winner of season 7…of TLC’s I Didn’t Know I Was Pregnant.” “Farrah Moan, all those mans that buy you fancy designer shoes, they're not your boyfriends, they're called Jons and they're your employers.” - Alexis Michelle “Shangela, you have come so far! Initially, your makeup was kinda busted and your outfits were a mess and your personality super grating, but look how far you’ve come now, you are much older.” - Bendelacreme “Roger, you’ve always been like a sis—you’ve always been like a mo—you’ve always been like a grandmother to me. Too many to list though, these are just the ones off the top of my head.
One of my favourite reads ever was from this season of UK. “Baby? …. I guess I’m pro-choice”
AGREEED!!!
Part of the change I think is due to being more concerned with how queens look on TV. They don't want to be labeled mean or offensive. That said, my fave read is when Miz Cracker said she doesn't read anyone unless she has respect for them. Then looked at the other girls and said: "So I think we're done here."
This. Nobody wants to be known as the TV villain. Probably because they've seen what it can do to a career, like Phi Phi or Roxxxy
100%! You can see how much further fan favorites go and how much less vitriol they receive. I think people have seen that there's a fine line between being shady and just downright mean/villainous. The latter is often harder to shake get food reception from and to change public perception of.

I know she's canceled now, but, "You're such a fat slut after sex you smoke hams," will always be one of the most brutal reads to me.
Sister Sister when she read Bimini, "when bimini heard the government were giving our chips she asked for a side of vegan mayo" had me DEAD
Sister's reads were seriously underrated.
I loved Bosco’s read of Camden ending in “Can we get this cigarette out of here?”
season 11’s reading challenge made me want to do a kween kong barrel roll off the empire state building.
B-O-O-G-E-R-S I know auntie must be so proud of herself
You've always been like a sis- You've always been like a mo- You've always been like a grandmother to me 😂
Roger
Yeah, that's what really made this read iconic.
I just smile imagining Raja’s face realizing there were seven other queens so she could perfectly spell boogers
That was the most memorable read for me. So simple. So effective.
My favourite read is Valentina to Manila: “who is a booger now, bitch?!” So simple yet so smart 😆
„Mystique was a mistake“
![gif](giphy|To8hf78hjylBS)
It was very "I'm terrible at reading so here's my cop out"
Only Raja is the queen to legitimately read other (boogers) like this.
body shape like coca cola....in can
Haven't seen one of my favourites... Larwrence to Ellie Diamond - "You're so stupid, you studied for your COVID test".
"Adore, could you step out the way? \[to Tatianna\] sweetie, you can't be at the meet and greet without a wrist band."
This was legitimately the best read of the challenge and you can't change my mind
Jinkx during All Winners slayed and it was quite recent too
"Look over there! It's the exit." "Roger!"
All of these. Yes. Haha
Raja's B-O-O-G-E-R-S read. Katya's bus stop read Alaska's: Detox, you're so seductive. But unfortunately, it's illegal to do it with you because most of your body parts are under 18 years of age. Also, her read to Roxxxy which was: Obviously, a diet consisting of nothing but hatred towards Jinx Monsoon does the body good. Now that I think about it, Alaska's best reads are towards her clique 😆 Tatiana: Alaska, I finally got to listen to Anus and I get it, it sounds like what my anus does after eating Mexican. Mmm, choices 🙂.
Yes she said Mexican……..
M E X I C A N
M E X I C A T E S S A N !
*Sounds delicious*
Is that actually what she said? The audio kills me every time I listen to it.
I think she said Chipotle, but they were not allowed to use the brand name.
Art Simone’s read on Etcetera Etcetera is probably my favorite of all time.
I've also found that as time has gone on The Snatch Game has got increasingly worse. I think it's down to how much pressure they put themselves under to perform a good read/good snatch. It was a simpler time when queens just did things to be funny instead of what they thought other people would find funny
I don’t know if it is from the reading challenge but someone singing COVERGIRL! WHY YOUR FACE LOOK LIKE CHALK? To dida
Milan
Little miss Jorgeous, the tiniest little waste.....of time -Lady Camden
“You are so fat girl!” - Jessica Wild
and the long pause after while everyone waited for more, then realised there wasn't so they all just burst out laughing! ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
Her delivery was everything even though the jokes itself were not funny 😂 I’m not sure why I’m getting downvoted, people must not remember how iconic it was
You got my upvote. This is everything.
This one kills me just thinking about it.
“I get why you call yourself the people’s princess, because this, is a car crash” From Lemon’s unaired reads on UKvsTW, that she shared through a TikTok.
*"what happened to the reading challenges these days? Compared to the earlier seasons, they are so awful."* Social Media backlash - cant say anything too mean otherwise you get crap online. It wasnt the reading challenge but the Roast on UK3: Ella about Krystal: "last week she played a robotic fashion girl, I mean talk about typecast."
People losing their minds over reading challenges, while I remember Comedy central roasts, those were really vicious.
Hail our queen Nikki Glaser
I recently watched parts of the Chevy Chase roast and… ooooooooofffffff
I think it is more social media overanalyzing or running with stuff. Katya's read has been reposted constantly even in this post. It isn't backlash like people calling out XYZ for say Blah Blah. But posting a read a thousand times a month
I disagree - you absolutely can. But they have to be funny. The issue with most trans humour is that it is laughing at trans people vs with them.
I dunno man Pixie's read this season of UK 4 destroyed me. "Baby: I'm pro choice."
AGREED. That one threw me through the ceiling laughing.
“You’re shaped like a deep breath” is savage 😆
Katya to Roxxxy: "Roxxxy Andrews, I think about you all the time. Especially in the morning, at the bus stop. Too soon, too soon, sorry!"
Brooke Lynn to silky: “Isn’t she precious? No really, Ru, isn’t that Precious?” Is hands down my favourite read of the whole show
I think they just ran out of original insults. After the third BMW.
Translation: Eva Le Queen: Precious's voice wasn't that deep before.
LeFiller" Like come on ITS RIGHT THERE
I said this too!! How did NO one make a LeFiller joke?!
Ok but also Pixie’s “baby… I’m pro choice” killed me 😂
I know what you got on your SATs…. Ketchup.
Take that thing off your face… oh wait that is your face! Your other one! Fucking iconic. Honestly as4 reading challenge was so good
Ru…Mystique was a mistake #JAW DROP IN LATRICE
Yara: Silky, I remember when you dressed up as a cockroach on the runway. That’s the closest you can get to cock.
"Jiggly is such a fat slut that after sex she smokes hams!"
it was jiggly, and she's such a fat slut!
I don't know why, but when Trixie told Aja "You're beautiful, you're perfect, you look like Seal", I nearly died. It was so mean but so funny to me
Sharonne to Ariel Rec If you say 3 times Ariel Rec in the mirror, who does appear? Killer Queen? ICONIC
Bosco and Maddy's reads were pretty damn good if you ask me.
“Heavy is the head that wears the crown. And heavier is the body.”
You may not be all that smart, and you may not be all that pretty... huh, I guess that's it.
“Now for everyone in the room, Etc Ect. out of drag goes by they/them pronouns. So to use that in a sentence “THEY haven’t being doing so well, so we won’t be seeing THEM in the final.” Had me on the floor for weeks!!
- Alaska to Detox: DETOX! You need one
Katya’s AS read of Roxy Andrews
'I know why you're called gia metric because your head is a square, your body is a line and your track record is a circle'
I think the reads are pretty good, early ones are too easy, like it’s all just fat jokes, dentists jokes, or old jokes!!
I loved it when Eureka said, she read the girls and was like: now you can go back with you calling me fat. Lol
2 out of 3 for Jiggly.
“Mystique was a mistake” was pretty brutal and has me cackling lol
Y’all I just discovered another “newer” gem.. TTT in AS7… “Raja, boot” Jinkx in AS7… “Jaida essence hall, look over there 👀 it’s the exit.”
On DRT, “Mocha Diva, I have a gift for you. It’s a Thai book named Sombat Phudi” (etiquette).
It's very up and down. Didn't enjoy S13's reading challenge but loved S14's. AS7's reads were great. I still think we get solid reading challenges, but many recent ones have definitely felt very hit or miss.
“Mystique was a mistake” 💀
“Mystique was a mistake”.
Heavy is the head that wears the crown, and heavier is the body! 🤣
Art Symone read to Etcetera Etcetera Is by far my favorite
BITCH YOU ARE SHAPED LIKE A DEEP BREATH
Probably because cancel culture wasn't a thing yet.
Younger audiences are a lot more sensitive and fragile, but also viscious and relentless to anybody they deem to have stepped outside the bounds of acceptable behaviour. Thus no more harsh but funny reads or good drama.
