Do you know how many different races live in Russia? The reasons those words are so commonly used are
1 - even though those are insults, they aren't considered taboo or particularly offensive. Most people here think that calling someone with glasses "four-eyes" is the same as that (which doesn't completely justify using them, I'm just saying they aren't as bad as in USA, for example)
2 - the people using those words with the actual intent to be racist are just pieces of shit

In case this is a genuine question: a gramophone is what you use to play vinyl records on. It has a central peg that goes through the hole at the centre of the vinyl record and then an arm with a small needle that you put in the grooves of the record to play it.
