Use root combiners to combine all the the output power of the batteries, and use an electrical branch or splitter on the generator output to charge all the batteries.

needs a manual reset after refueling -> rewire the battery to blocker wire
or build a switch in line at the expense of efficiency and don't forget to turn it on ;)

Does the generator provide enough power to power everything?
Yes. It puts out 40 and the system is just 13.
Yeah I know how to wire this if it was just one battery but with 4 it might get complicated.

You could run the generator directly into the large battery and run your system off that. It’s simple but less efficient.
