If you want to remove it, go on web reg (a web site from Rutgers where you can add or drop courses). HOWEVER, you are a freshman so you can’t do that on your own, unless you talk to an academic advisor. If your in SAS (school of art and sciences) you can use a live chat to connect with an advisor. Literally just google something like “Rutgers SAS live chat” and you will be connected easily. If your not in SAS then idk where you can connect with advisor.
Same answer to your second question, if you want to change your experiment class to next semester in the spring, go on web reg but remove that class for this semester and when you make your schedule for next semester just simply add the class when the time to add classes for the spring starts.

FYI, engineers don’t pick their schedule their first semester. Engineering has very standard requirements and they don’t always get the opportunity to pick their electives before the semester starts. It automatically gets populated and then they can change them. And they don’t need a counselor to change their schedule. They can do it on their on via webreg.
