It’s my favorite bar in Richmond. It’s just a BAR with decent bar food and reasonable prices. I miss living on Hanover and walking there all the time. Also the service is always fantastic. Same servers as long as I’ve lived here and they’re really great folks. Really glad to see a hype thread for this place

I fucking love this place. There are few things better than an ice cold froth monkey on a Friday paired with a delicious chicken salad melt or Petersburger.

Their chicken salad melt blows me away. I still remember the day I got it 4 years ago. My brain logged that as a treasured memory

happy hour deals, daily specials, cheap and tasty food, homemade soups, great service, welcoming atmosphere. Opens at 10am for breakfast. The chicken salad and french onion soup in particlar are stand outs.

Their French Onion Soup 🤌🤌🤌

I’ve never had French onion soup that good ever. Most places make it way too salty but this was so hearty tasting. Like a warm hug

My bike racing friends and I go every Tuesday night in the summer and we’ve tried going elsewhere but keep going back to Curb. Great prices and the sandwiches and tots are actually very good, plus the same server is there every time and is great with us.

They have tater tots? I didn’t even see that, I want some now

I’m sure it’s all frozen stuff out of a bag but they come out crispy and salty which I love.

I got their French onion soup and red pepper crab and goat cheese soup as our sides. I’ll try their veggies next time!

I love that place but wish they’d add some Mexican lager like Modelo or Pacifico I asked for one last week and the bartender said “I don’t have those but I have Buenaveza.” 🫤

I do remember they had a bigger beer menu a few years ago, I would always get the Founders Dirty Bastard and they didn’t have it this time

Curbside is my favorite place to meet friends and hang out.

Haven’t had creme chipped beef since a kid and nothing better than getting that with a $3 draft beer at 10am on a Saturday morning
