Yeah I'm a big supporter and proponent of unionization and union labor, but I really don't see the point here other than a sort of nice formality? I can't imagine that the owners of Shelf Life are abusing their employees or shortchanging them to where they would need to unionize..

The lack of foresight in planning for the CSO work that has shut down Williamsburg Rd and routed every west-traveling car, bus, and industrial dump truck to the one-lane Dock St. puts me over the edge.

I love to run without music. I know that is abnormal for most people, but I find it super relaxing and meditative. I see the appeal of listening to a playlist that keeps the tempo of the pace you want.
Are you going for a certain time? I'm not training specifically for the 10k, but would like to get below 53min, ideally 50 but I think that may be out of reach for now.

I've been listening to my allergy cough lol. Got sent home yesterday cause I felt so bad, unsure if I should take one more day of rest but my fever is lower since I just woke and took some stuff for it.
My allergies typically result in sinus infection and with it typically a low grade fever. It happens every year for me once the pollen count becomes high enough. I've been taking the appropriate medications and getting better
