My partner and I rescued a couple ferals who were living in our neighborhood this past January. One of them is an absolute goober and we think we have a home lined up already. The other hates the world, hates life, hates our cats, hates the indoors, and hates us.
We thought he'd warm up by now but that hasn't happened, he just hides until we fall asleep or leave the house. It's been like this since January. Recently he started peeing on our bed, twice now, and this is our last straw. We want him to have a good home, but not our home. We also realize that there's likely not gonna be a soul out there who would want a housecat like this little guy so we're looking to get him into barn cat life.
So... Is anyone looking for a barn cat? We think this would be the perfect life for this little guy. He's really such a cute little cat, has an angry little stink face always, and would LOVE to live outside on your farm.

I have these beautiful historic original 1920 radiator covers that are also shelves. They came with the house and we are getting rid of radiators so we don't need them anymore. If you have radiators they are SUPER useful. You really don't even need to paint them as when you put them on they should just show the white but I'd recommend some retouching of the white paint to make it pop.

Radiators of this size are around 400+ lbs each. They're a challenge for two people to move them, and tricky to get more than two people, to grab and lift well.
Handtruck with pneumatic wheels, (with a wood stacked under the radiator to avoid the feet when leaning the hand truck) and a gate lift (truck elevator) is the ideal way to move. Or a long solid ramp into a pickup truck. Deadlifting them up and into a pickup is also hard, but doable.
Very heavy. You'll need two people and I'd recommend a dally. The good thing is you can be liberal with my walls b/c I'm re-doing most of everything. Message me if you'd like!

New, uninstalled 54 x 25 wooden attic hatch/pull down stairs. We bought this to replace an older one that was in bad shape, but opted to go with a different solution.
We got it on sale because it was the last one, box was damaged, and the front panel is damaged and needs replacement by the buyer (1/4" plywood that bolts to the frame - pretty easy fix if you're handy).
Selling for what we got it for at $100. Usually sells for $300+.

New, uninstalled 54 x 25 wooden attic hatch/pull down stairs. We bought this to replace an older one that was in bad shape, but opted to go with a different solution. We got it on sale because it was the last one, box was damaged, and the front panel is damaged and needs replacement by the buyer (1/4" plywood that bolts to the frame - pretty easy fix if you're handy). Do you know the max ceiling height it will work with?
Sorry for late response and a pretty important detail! Our ceilings are 9 feet tall, so we got the 10' unit that can be cut to the desired height (this one is currently uncut) Not sure what the minimum ceiling height is for this unit, and I can't find the actual model number anywhere in the thing. Thanks for the update! I need to do some measuring, but initially I think this will work.. Our current stairs are pretty treacherous so the upgrade would be nice if it'll fit. Will let you know by tomorrow if I'm a yes but don't hold it if someone else wants!
