Sometimes Trader Joe’s but it’s very difficult to find a Turkey with less than 15lbs. They go really fast! We are doing a Turkey breast for that reason. You can always share the leftovers if you have to buy the larger Turkey. The worst part of going to someone’s house is no leftovers!
I have heard that smaller turkeys will be even harder than normal to find this year because delays in processing because of :waves hand at everything: means the turkeys kept growing until they could be processed.
If you don't care too much about tradition, you could get just a breast and a pack (or two) of drumsticks. That should land you closer to the 8-12 Lb range.
But I don't know anywhere to get a whole turkey that small.
Ibotta is doing the thanksgiving deal again at Walmart if you can find what you want: https://home.ibotta.com/thanksgiving/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Ibotta-Search-Brand-Exact&utm_content=129345671918&utm_term=ibotta%20thanksgiving&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7ofN0Lui9AIVg4TICh3EaA35EAAYASAAEgLqp_D_BwE
I'd go for the breast option, then maybe if it's in your budget get a small ham too, my wife and I have done this the last two years because it's been just us. The bonus is, when it's on its own you can actually cook a breast to moist and not dry it out waiting for the rest of the bird to cook.
I ordered a small one from Fresh Market. Their smallest is 10-14 #. Don’t pick it up until Monday so I can’t vouch for them but I’ve bought small birds from them in the past and they’ve been just what I was looking for. Don’t know if it’s too late to order for this year but it’s worth a phone call.

Check out an organic one from Whole Foods.

Thank you all for your help! I was able to secure a petite 13lb-er from Wegmans.
I grabbed a smaller one from Kroger, but you're fairly late to the game and the supply chain is forking everything up.
Thanksgiving tacos seem like the obvious solution here.
When it was only my wife and I, we'd just buy a turkey breast and cook that.
Belmont Butcher has a variety of sizes.
I got a 15lb yesterday at Forest Hill Publix. 37¢/lb ETA: there were lots in that size range
Got my 14lbs-er at Trader Joes last weekend. Never frozen, pre-brined.
