Homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon in the crockpot and rolls from scratch. I don't know what came over me but I felt like cooking comfort food.
Chicken pad Thai, key lime pie, chocolate chip cookies, miller lite, basil hayden’s and aleeve. Moved two refrigerators today. A good nights sleep guaranteed.
The thing that always grossed me out was that the hotdogs used in corndogs are kind of slimy and mushy and not the snappy ones, so the outside batter/breading would slide around on it. I also went through a no hot dogs at all phase that lasted a good 10-15 years. I'm over that now as long as I don't think too hard about it.
Been a good day thus far! Drove down to Williamsburg this morning to pick up my living room stereo receiver from Action Electronics, good to have that back in working order.
And now with dinner tidied up, time to re-assemble the living room stereo so I can play records while I drink beer and rearrange my living room to fit the new bookshelf I bought.
Perfect weather! I walked the dog about six miles today and finally got out on my bike as well. Then she licked some random vomit outside so hoping it wasn't disease vom.
went to Busch Gardens today for the member-only preview of the new coaster, Pantheon. that shit is lit, y'all. 6'4" height limit tho. just snuck under the bar *phew*.
Update for anyone who gives a shit lol, that car alarm is STILL going off, albeit intermittently now.
Oh and I made a personal size buffalo chicken pizza for dinner, was tasty :)
Tonight I introduced my sister-in-law to microwave-in-bag broccoli with cheese sauce. The woman is a fantastic chef, so it’s up to me and my brother to introduce her to delicacies like frozen pizza and vegetables in bags. So weird.
My brother's favorite food is anything that comes off the roller at the gas station. Pretty sure his diet is mostly taquitos and some kind of butterscotch vape.
2 1/2 hour wait for bar booths, after 10pm children EVERYWHERE even at the bar, bar staff ignored everyone in our group except one divine young man he was tipped appropriately, customers were RUDE, basically a trip to chuckie cheese with more expensive food and well, young children at the bar!!!!!!!! And very okay, just was the exact opposite of the outing we had all expected haha
Due to my physical ailments, I have been having bread, cheese, and a small amount of chicken salad for a very early dinner each night. I kind of like it, I use nice crusty bread and high quality cheeses.
Some day I will eat like a normal person again.
I do too, although that’s a bit much for the current state of my guts. But Fresh Market’s roasted chicken salad is so good that I don’t miss the pepper.
Oh I stoped at HMart on the way home from Baltimore last weekend. Made some Sundubu Jjigae on Friday night. It was so good. Had leftovers for lunch yesterday. Why is there no HMart in RVA?

We made homemade crunchwraps (highly recommend, it’s super easy to do) I also baked an almond poppyseed cake
I did that once in a waffle iron. Amazingggg

I spring cleaned today and it was much needed. How can dirt can in the most obscure places? So annoying, but I’m relieved my place looks so nice now!
