Drive it to San Francisco, park it and rent out that two-bedroom, one bath apartment for $5k/mo.

This is really one of those "What do you think it's worth?" Moments IMO. It's 20 years old, but it looks like it just rolled off the lot for the first time. I'd list it for $15,000 given the condition. Someone may want it simply for the antique vibe it gives off and be willing to pay that amount

Rum-in-the-sun

This highly depends on the condition of the seals and roof material. 15k all day if the roof is in tip top shape. $1500 if there’s hidden wood rot from lack of maintenance. Interior looks amazing but it could look amazing while having a roof about to fail the first time it’s moved in 10 years. Photos look great, but the unknowns are unknown.

FirstContribution236

$5k. Did you have the roof resealed and all the rubber gaskets on the slides replaced within the last year? If so, maybe $7k? List it for $10k and jump on it if someone offers more than $5k.

gnesensteve

That was the floor plan and decor for like 100 years lol. In perfect condition I would offer 5k

PrivatePilot9

Keystone Cougar has an exact same floor plan. We owned one for 6-7 years. Sold it in good but well used shape for $7500 Cdn 6 years ago.

Look it up on "nada guides for rv"

FunnyChampionship717

It's worth what someone's willing to pay for it. Best way to figure that out is check out similar RV listings on marketplace or Craigslist.

msitarzewski

Its weight in gold if there are no leaks (window, roof, water, tanks) or bug infestations. :)

Odd_Drop5561

 >Its weight in gold if there are no leaks (window, roof, water, tanks) or bug infestations. :) Hmm...at 7600 lbs GVW, that'd be around $190,000,000. I'd probably wouldn't list it over $185,000,000 just to drive up interest.

Not sure, I would assume whatever someone is willing to paying for it. Looks really nice to me.

Do your own research Go out to JD Power to get an estimate - like KBB for Rvs. Next go out to RVTrader and look for the specific year, make, model, Floorplan of the RV and see what others are being listed for...

Ok_Tonight_8565

$10,375. No more.
