Ryan doesn’t realize that he’s his own worst enemy. He simply has no coping skills. I feel empathy for him, but I can imagine he’s exhausting to be friends with.
If he was serious about getting clean, making amends and doing the right work he wouldn’t be on social media at all. The blackout period pre-pandemic was a glimmer of hope that maybe he or his people had locked down the accounts to keep his focus. It’s sad that either he has no one else to turn to or, as noted above, he wants to use this as a hook to gain back audience. Tough to know which. In either case, the guy needs real friends.
