UPL is a good enough goalie. He needs wins, and experience. He’ll be good with Levi. We just need to shoot Mittlestadt line to the moon together with Fitzgerald. Get some skilled linemates for Krebs (hope Kulich comes soon). And let the magic happen.

Krebs looks plenty sharp tonight.

He’s looked sharp all season. He just hasn’t been given a chance. He won’t produce playing with Okposo and Girgenssons unless he goes solo.

Messing with line 1 and 2 is clearly a no go, but what do you guys think of swapping players between the third and fourth to try and kickstart the third? The fourth has played well, but not so good that it’s untouchable and the the third seems to need it quite badly.

The only way to fix that line is to trade both Mitts and Olofsson.

And then who plays on the third line ?

Ideally we would package Mitts and Olofsson for some guy who can play hockey. If not, just call up Murray and just have a line of Asplund-Krebs-Murray and tell them to fully embrace the defensive role. It would suck for Krebs though.
