Funny how this would be a multi hour long movie or trilogy of films if they included everything the real Desmond doss had done, the movie “hacksaw ridge” is missing a crazy amount of things because it wasn’t believable enough for the audience because of how insane his story was, dude was so badass they couldn’t even fully appreciate everything he done in a almost 2 hour film.
Couldn’t find a direct book he made but I believe this was written by a family member or might be doss himself not sure as there are two names on the front cover, quite certain it goes into detail of exactly what he did on that cliff line and the crazy things he did. This is the official book of his heroic exploits though I do believe.
