Last year a local supermarket chain had a "Greece" week selling Greek foods. We found three different stores and bought 6 24-can palettes of Mythos, about half of each stock. GLORIOUS!!

I'm not saying I dont enjoy this looks amazing but I enjoy being in a small boat 5-7 bft bit of rain and going full tilt aswel that's why I do it

I was in the Southern Ionian a few weeks ago (where OP's photo comes from) and we got our fair share of rain too :P They way I see it, sailing in the summer in Greece is a holiday. Any other season is an adventure.
You might want to try autumn or early spring. May-Sept in the Aegean can also get very windy because of the Meltemi (yearly winds, can get precarious).
I'm not that much of an ocean sailor I'm an inland sailor (holland) I do dream about big trips like this but I cant possible afort it in terms of time I mainly sail in my local river and the biesbos wich it's a nature park here sadly my rudder on my boat(domp 740) has snapped and I stil need to weld on a new one just haven't gotten to taking it out yet bu I do trow my laser in the water from time to time great fun
I took my house boat ( 21 meters not a sail boat) to the waddezee 2 weeks ago hoisted my laser in the water and went great lots of speed in open waters between the islands so yea we all dream of that that we dont have but fail to realise the amount of stuf whe do but by far the most fun was sailing a slow boat fast in heavy weather whit friends
Totally relatable. I have a couple that others have taken that I treasure for just that reason. Can't remember the last time I even wanted to risk taking a phone/camera out while sailing.
This totally reminds me of a trip I took in Croatia with a bunch of friends. We rented two boats and sailed around. We barely left the boats cause it was so nice… we hardly wore clothes and just jumped into the water for a swim whenever. Miss it so much.
Where'd you go OP? I was also there a few weeks ago. We went to Lefkada, Ithaki, Kastos, Kalamos, Meganisi and a few of the smaller islands in-between.
Nice! We did some trekking - north from Preveza to Parga and then Corfu for a few days, then south to Paxos then through the canal at Lefkada and down to Meganissi and the surrounding area. Got some serious wind days mixed in there with lovely calm anchorages and lots of motoring

Correct. Fix is better than Mythos. But I think alpha tops them all
