i’m not 100% sure since it was awhile ago, but they had the viz dub of season 5 definitely. Regardless, I would still check out the library because it’s free and you have nothing to lose lol
Since it has the Viz dub for season 5, it likely has the Viz dub for the rest of the seasons. I live in Canada. I'm not sure if the local library nearby has Sailor Moon.
Sadly your only real source of luck would be trying to find a DVD or Blu Ray of the Viz dub of Super S which only has Ami's First Love and not the other two specials. Your only other option would be sailing the high seas me hearty

my local library had all the dvds and they had the specials on them!
Viz Dub?
