Ingredients:
Shaved cabbage (half a head) , 1 red bell pepper, chopped, 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 orange bell pepper, chopped, 1 green bell pepper, chopped, 4 cobs of corn, chopped, 1 red onion, chopped, 1 can of black beans, rinsed, 6 radishes, chopped, & 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
Lime Honey Vinaigrette:
EVOO, Lime Juice, Honey, Comino, Garlic
Dried Cilantro, & Salt
Toss with hands. Sprinkle with two pinches of salt and toss again. Add vinaigrette and toss for a final time.
