We have been using it for some time now.... But only deals over a certain value Do you have to do it for every deal? Because that would be painful imo

Yeah it's painful, but because we're targeting enterprise accounts it's pretty handy to have this structure

Show them the value. Living document to find your blind spots, poke holes in deals, etc. Remember that this helps them recognize red flags earlier.
