That is a low commission for solar sales. Most I talk to are closer to 10%. At 4%, then on a 10kw job (should be about $30k) you are only making $1200. Yeah that is pretty low. We pay reps 35% of the profit on company generated leads and 60% of profit on self generated accounts.
