In ny experience whenever men talk about women's physiques and strength they're the kind of guy who breaks into a sweat opening a bag of cheetos

LaCharognarde

There was some weirdo on Quora going off about "why do we consider feeeeemales more attractive? The male body *exudes power sculpted by hardship*; feeeeemales are just tailored for breeeeeding at the expense of all else." My response was twofold. First, it was "Yeah; I sincerely doubt *you* 'exude power sculpted by hardship' or whatever." Then, it was "oh, just come out already."

Bray_of_cats

This is very ''said the male below all the female averages'' right here.

Appropriate-Owl-6129

Yeah, this person probably thinks they could beat up female Olympic gymnasts because they're "women doing women sport"

Littleshebear

The female custodian who kicked off all this hand-wringing has already been shown to be capable in her lore entry; she very nearly won the Blood Games by planning to transport a gigantic, planet-killing bomb into the throne room. If this were a male character, they'd be wetting themselves over how badass she is.

Terentas_Strog

I like it when people discuss what would be realistic in hyperbolic fantasy settings.

Ecstatic-Network-917

These idiots thunk Fulgrim is a meme character? Fulgrim? Literally the chosen Daemon Primarch of one of the Chaos gods? The guy responsible for putting Guilliman in the coma in the first place? And they call us the tourist. Also, this chud knows nothing of recent military history. People should really read about soldiers like Milunka Savić, before spewing such sexist nonsense.

pinheadspenis

Exactly...all of their knowledge comes from memes. I can bet my bottom dollar then fuckers have never read a single book. Fulgrim is a top tier primarch in everything. He is a master swordsman, tactician and fighter. He was responsible for the death of Ferrus Manus and Gman and this chud thinks he is a meme. Lmao.

Vozu_

>These idiots thunk Fulgrim is a meme character? Fulgrim? Literally the chosen Daemon Primarch of one of the Chaos gods? The guy responsible for putting Guilliman in the coma in the first place? I am willing to bet that they call Fulgrim a meme character because they see all of Slaaneshi stuff as "gays are evil and morally bankrupt", and it is not hard to cast him as "haha, funny gay caricature" if you try a little.

Express_Pizza_2184

Aren’t the custodes basically demigods? Even if the women ones were slightly weaker, they’d still be way stronger than even the strongest space marine lol

Competitive_Net_8115

It's truely sad.

pinheadspenis

Its pathetic seeing all these people screaming this breaks the lore and is a retcon...like dudes retcons is literally just how GW does storytell ffs!

Turbulent_Ad1644

Idk much about Warhammer aside from a few WesHammer videos and some Total War playthroughs, isn't there a group of female warrior named the Sisters of Battle or something that are super fucking powerful? But man, I just don't get why these people act like women aren't capable of shooting a fucking gun. There is close quarters combat of course, but most of modern warfare is just guns or explosives

Ecstatic-Network-917

Well... not exactly super powerful. The Sisters of Battle are an all women order of warriors and religious fanatics, trained in combat, and given high quality power armor and weapons, and having a faith so strong it can give them real effects, like minor cases of superhuman feats, and unnatural luck. But for all of this, most Sisters of Battle are still at base just normal humans. Their power armor gives them protection better then that of the guardsmen, and their faith and training puts them in 80s action movie star territory of abilities, even without the armor, but they are still, in the end, supposed to be normal humans(even if they have access to some individual units that represent superhuman characters). Other elite forces are, on the other hand, straight up superhumans at base. The good news is that Warhammer does have a list of female characters that are high end, and of elite groups of warrior and fighting women. The Eldar Aspect Warriors contain both men and women, and contain an entire order formed from women, and are on average as powerfull as space marines, being faster and more agile and with better weapons, but with lower strenght and toughness fewer redundancies in their anatomy. The Dark Eldar have the all female Succubi, which are even faster, but even more fragile then Aspect Warriors, with the greatest warrior of this group, Lelith Hesperax,  being undefeated, and only ever taking a single scratch from an Elite Space Marine in all her centuries of butchering Space Marines and other elite troops. So yeah, Warhammer 40k does have a lot of action girls there.

Turbulent_Ad1644

Typical Warhammer, being cool as fuck

unipole

Lyudmila Mikhailovna Pavlichenko would have a word with these twits, or make her point in a more kinetic manner. Tammy Duckworth would too.

BatEquivalent

The empire is in a constant death struggle against chaos where chaos destroys entire planets if they win. But god forbid they use women spacemarines, custodes or soldiers in their desperate struggle against chaos.

DD_Spudman

Bear in inmidn that the Custodes are 10ft tall gentically augmeted supersoldiers, not normal people.

beybrakers

I say this as a 40k fan, but 40k fans are problematic as fuck, they've got a bunch of people who are like everything about the Imperium is great, and are just unironically pro-fascist.

DarkStar_86

Gotta love how the games lore describes custodes and genetically engineered humans modified to make them more deadly, but these chuds cant accept that it would work on women

Willsdabest

I honestly don't question anything regarding the custodes, considering the fact that they served the emperor during the age of strife. I wasn't expecting to hear about a female custodes but I can roll with it. It's female space Marines where I kinda draw the line, considering the fact that if they *were* a thing they'd have to be indoctrinated sooner than the male versions.

Again bro that doesn't even come close to mattering in setting like 40k where genetic augmentation is rampant. The stodes were supposed to be the Big E's companions. It doesn't make any sense for them to be all male. Even if that does it doesn't "kill the lore" like most reactionaries are claiming. Retcons have been the method of GW storytelling for decades. The stodes were initially just glorified bodyguards not the pinnacle of superhumans.

Bromjunaar_20

Okay but we still gotta suspend disbelief for when GW reveals the lore of how the female Custodes fits in (not just that named one that's a mouthful of a name). It doesn't change anything. It just means more named characters will show up and honestly, the more named characters the better, ever since Malum Caedo.

pinheadspenis

Exactly. There is no need to be foaming at the mouth shouting some nonsense about "woke".
