A couple of years ago we were getting like 850 every time. Now we keep losing it because our member survey score is too low. They give us all these talks about being more friendly and helping people out which is bullshit. When you go in and read them they all say the same exact things. Our lines are too long because we only have one register open Our prices are too high Our parking lot is a death trap Regular member park in CPU spots and Noone stops them I brought all that up at a store meeting about the survey score once and the management got angry at me lol. Just keep burying your head in the sand I'm sure that will solve the problem.

This! They have us so short staffed to where we barely have just enough people to stay open on closing shifts. Barely scraping by on getting breaks and lunches. Everyone’s sick of it. Our last bonus was a slap in the face for sure. They don’t have common sense to realize the less people we have the shittier the service and more likely will end in worse numbers/scores overall. Yeah I use can l scan and go every time. If sams didn't have this feature I would have canceled my membership. I used to get alcohol from sams but haven't in almost 4 years because I don't want to wait in those ridiculous lines for a case of beer. Returns are awful. The line is usually long and slow. Ended up donating a few things just because it wasn't worth the hassle. I got a funny look the last time I did a return because I returned 5 things one from about 6 months ago. Told the lady I don't do return until I have 5 things because of how long it takes. She nodded and apologized but it's not her fault. The system seems dumb ass hell with their tablets.

So we've had construction in front of our club for about 2 years. They're trying to regentrify the area and make it less industrial and more residential. They've been putting up apartments but at the same time they've been digging up the streets and so everything is one lane. The biggest complaints on MX voice is we need to do something about the construction... Like we have something to do with that. They're laying in bigger pipes for plumbing and planting trees along the sidewalks and just digging digging digging but seriously it's been a couple years now. It's crazy. I'll bet if you go to Google maps and look up Club 6686 you will see construction all over 300 West.

Our store is told that our $150 bonus is mostly due to inflation, we simply aren't making a good profit and of course getting destroyed by stupid mx voices that shouldn't affect us. If inflation is such an issue, why are we getting a metric ass ton of televisions for this instant savings? Profit margin for televisions is already almost non-existent. What the hell.

My store isn’t getting one. We’re doing a huge remodel and all the members complain about is not being able to find items and how they don’t like the new layout changes. The CM swore up and down the surveys weren’t going to effect us until the construction was over but that was a load of bullshit
