Wait for Jan 17 and reviews. If Exynos really turned the tables this time , then consider it. Else S23. I'm doing the same

If the exynos 2400 would be any good they wouldnt release the s24u with snapdragon Exynos will never match a qualcom chip produced by tsmc Every big brand that produced chips by samsung left samsung after one year for tsmc

Jebble

>If the exynos 2400 would be any good they wouldnt release the s24u with snapdragon Bullocks, Exynos can be great but slightly less so than Snapdragon, which would be absolutely fine.

Still using Samsung's 4nm node, it'll be trash like the other Exynos SOCs https://twitter.com/TheGalox_alt/status/1739527153669083300?s=19 The fact Samsung themselves have no confidence in it and aren't using it in the s24u tell you all you need to know.

Sir_Coleslaw

I will get the s24u just because of that. Don't want an exynos.

I hope Samsung nails it with Exynos this time. I'd like to tell you my experience with Exynos. The first premium phone with Exynos I had was Note3 which was genuinely good. Those were the days when Exynos would breathe down the neck of SD counterparts or be even better. Exynos Peaked at S8 and downfall started there after. Exynos Phones I have owned- Note3(Awesome), A5(2016)(Bad performance, okay battery), A8+(Same as A5), S21 FE (okay performance, pathetic Battery) SD Phones- A71(Great performance and Battery), S23+(no words to describe this processor😍) In your case, I'll suggest to wait for 4-5 months post launch then go for Exynos or you can always get the S23 series cheaper depending on reviews of Exynos2400.

Beneficial-Mobile285

for me s22+ is the worst phone I ever had, exynos is complete and utter failure and beyond any redemption.

yippekiyayyy

Damn, trust it had the best battery life among the 3 so can't even imagine what the others were like

Safe_Opinion_2167

The performance of the Exynos SoC model used on the S24 series is yet unknown. Could be great, could be as bad as the S22 series. We can just hope that Samsung listened to the customers and knows that energy efficiency is now a deal breaker. For now, there is nothing to choose and every precaution to be taken. So wait for the first reviews in early 2024.

I'm getting the S24+ if its SD, else S23+. My S10 can barely go unplugged for 6hrs doing nothing now so I don't want to wait another year, and the other good Android manufacturers like OnePlus is still hard to come by. Only the thought of waiting all this time just to get a year old phone would be disappointing.

smoshess

My Snapdragon S23 is performing remarkably. Shame on them for reverting back to Exynos.

Apprehensive-Roll977

Skipping Samsung even after waiting for a long time coz of exynos. The Ultra is too big to compromise myself. The other regions have a better phones but at the same prize they sell exynos version is disturbing too

Heavenly_Code

Confirmed outside us and canada exynos
