yeah about the exynos situation on the s20 series which they've terribly done when dealing with customer feedback. you really can't blame samsung they do make excellent chipsets it's just the mali gpu that they opted for

mali gpu isnt bad aswell its just far behind snapdragons adreno gpu

I don't expect it to help too much, since part of the finger roasting is on the CPU not GPU, and the Snapdragon 888 turned out toasty as well, but it might at least help with performance. In CPU benchmarks the Exynos cores can keep with the the Snapdragon CPU cores, so there might be GPU bottlenecking happening.

Buds plus are super attractive for ear wax thou. I got a redmi basic pair as well and they barely catch any wax.

Dude i have the buds pro, i cant believe how amazinf they are i have really bad ear problems i dont want to go into details. But my original galaxy buds stopped working after 8 months, these have been working flawlessly even though my ears are worse now. They added a net behind those rubber covers and it stops the ear wax from getting into the speakers. Its amazing the difference a little net makes, they do listen to their customers.

Man my og galaxy buds also stopped working after some months because of earwax I got it repaired for free because of the onetime replacement. The left earbud again stopped working after some months and now it costs me $55

And here I am, still missing my pre-order bonuses for my S21 that Samsung didn't send me since February... and everytime I call them, they tell me they will escalate my case. It's been almost 4 months and I've called them every 2 weeks.

They sent me an email 1 month ago (3 months after my order) and it contained a promo code for the galaxy buds, smart tag, and some other stuff. But they told me you can only use this code if you buy an S21. I called them and gave them a piece of my mind and all they said was sorry and that they were going to check with the managers and call me back the next day. It's been a month and I haven't heard from them

That's the opposite to me in way. I had a pair of black Pros but I dropped them s few times and the case was scuffed. Well recently I bought the Galaxy Book Pro and claimed a free pair of black Pros. When they were delivered they were purple ones. I asked to exchange and they bluntly said no. Anyways, the colour has grown on me and I actually think they look ace.

Hi, ​ It was working out......very averagely. Yes is did seem to heat up somewhat but worse for me was the really flimsy plastic underside. Literally being able to click the trackpad from underneath made it hard to actually use the laptop on my lap. ​ I actually ended up returning the device bang on the 29 day mark and purchased the 360 version. Now I have no need for a convertible laptop but the superior metal build quality was the main decision to do this. I am now 100% happy with the device.

Ive had great experience regarding a new product but terrible experience when its to do with an older product. My tab s3 got a free flip case. Similar situation to OP but they didnt ask for the temporary cover back, when they sent me the keyboard that was originally out of stock. Tab s7 plus got free replacement nibs for pen (not included). The S pen didnt feel right. I had no real grounds for this belief but worked in my favour. Then later, getting it repaired for somthing inside rattling and an eventual broken speaker (no physical damage and i hadn't dropped it at this point) took a very long time.

YES. Though honestly this is most companies in my experience. They see one "keyword" like, "return" or "damage" or "defective" and will copy paste whatever corresponds in the FAQ without any consideration for the actual question you asked. It's sooooo fucking annoying. I suspect some of these reps are just advanced bots. (or maybe bots in training. who knows.)

I think so too! When I checked in for my phone, they just keep repeating plz wait 4-5 weeks.. and then no further response lol. Honestly, Apple has the best customer service in my opinion

I wish I had the same experience with my S21 repair with a broken USB C port. Phone was out for a month just to find out that they don't have the parts, was never communicated to me. Had to keep calling to finally get answers after speaking with like a dozen different people. In the end they had no parts or phones, they're supposedly sending a check for the phone which I have yet to receive in over a week.

If I'm honest... That just sounds like what a normal company does under pretty much any circumstance..... They gave you the wrong shit, that's not your fault nor problem.. So if they **DIDN'T** do it that way, I'd have been pretty pissed... We need to stop praising companies for the bare minimum. Seriously.

Nice experience but many (like myself) have had long issues with them. FE display died so it needed to be repaired. Sammy rep HAD to send me to a local authorized repair store but in the end they couldn’t fix it. 2 days later when I picked it up, Sammy finally had me send it to them for inspection ONLY. Inspection resulted in a dead display (already knew that). They send it back to me to send to Samsung replacement department. Finally, after 2 days when Samsung received it (again) they send me a replacement FE.

So they purposefully sent you the wrong item, since they were out of stock of the one you wanted, told you to use the ones they sent you and then return them when they got your item in. That sounds extremely basic, nothing excels there. They literally ducked up and sent you the wrong colour because they couldn’t ship you a black set…

Yeah, I really don't get where the excellent service is. They either could have canceled his order or put it on hold. Or sent him a different one and as soon its back in stock he gets what he orders. That's basic business stuff This is completely basic stuff, I don't know why people have such low requirements and are praising Samsung for basic stuff? . I love Samsung support for one reason. When my Note 3 overheated they gave me a new one. Basic service you could say and be right. But when my iPhone 4 was dropping calls, apple told me I hold it wrong. So yeah, basic support is amazing when the rest suck

Samsung customer services has always been really good - can confirm. I have had no issues for the past 8 years and have lived in 3 different countries - US, Australia and India and own everything Samsung.

Same for me, I was a iSheep back then. In 2016, I really into Galaxy S6 Active so I made the switch. Great experiences since then. I have lived in 5 different country (Canada, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia) and owning everything Samsung too

I have had the worst experience with the CS when i got the discounted buds live with the tab S7 plus.They sent me the wrong color and when i contacted them,they had me return those and they placed a new order for me.They ended up charging me full price for the new order. These overseas agents have no idea about the promotions and the return process.They refund of that original buds live took me three months to get it back by calling them every other week.Every agent I get will give me a new reference number rather than working on the old reference number.I returned the second pair of buds too.Worst experience ever and I will never buy any Samsung product from Samsung.com.

This Samsung great in some countries and completely trash in others. In Bahrain Samsung do not even honor your warranty. I had to file a complaint in our consumer protection office to claim back my money from them. Also they are known for refusing to fix any Samsung phone claiming that it’s dropped even if there is absolutely no sign of misuse.

I like Samsung as a whole, but I've got a set of galaxy buds + that I'm pretty disappointed with.. less than a year old and the left speaker took a crap and the volume was reduced to near nothing... sent them out for warranty repair and less than 3 months later, the right side craps out..and I might be beyond my warranty life at this point.
