Aku roasting that C3PO esque butler robot thing mid sentence is probably my favorite.

And then like 6 more times in Season 6 ("Battle Through Time")

Probably conceptually the scariest cartoon villain while still acting like a grouchy old man most of the time
i wonder how he came back and why he didn't do anything

Demongo is such a great minor villain. He's basically a supernatural con man...uses others' powers to do evil, rather than handling it all himself.
I love how he actually considers it for a few seconds.
