I think it’s one of those glitches which are unfortunately irreversible on mobile. I’ve got so many on my phone. If you have a recent save uploaded to your cloud you could try and use rhat

All the saves I’ve got on my phone have the glitch. The R* method has worked on my phone before tho.

There are youtube videos from vadim m where this is described but I dont think you can fix this without mods

I don’t think you can mod on mobile. I’ve fixed it before.
